@reliancejio what kind of the service you all are providing...good for nothing. My whole work is dependent on jio fibre. I have called your people multiple time to do it on urgent basis. They are not getting the seriousness of the situation. This disconnection can cost my job.

@JioCare Actually on 10th of October on no. 9435037716 , the Prime Membership Has to be cancelled & I have raised several requests for the same but no progressive reply came from Jio Customer Care , only reply I heard was "we regret that your request is on que" Please Solve ASAP.

@JioCare @reliancejio Finally, after 50 hours of my enormous struggle, my BB service restored. You CC guys need improvement as " Promises without Commitment" will not fly and you have to learn "engagement with customer" which may manage most of the issues. Thanks

Hey @JioCare, I requested for a e-sim but the verification part is pissing me off! The timing of your verification calls are so bad, it’s either at morning or at night. At least give me a specific time so I can schedule my things accordingly. Please look into it ASAP.
