@JioCare I visited notification on mail and message for scheduled visits that never happened. Tried reaching out to customer care who told they will visit yesterday eve. Nobody did.

@reliancejio very slow network don't recharge more than 28 days ...porting to Airtel..if I want to access full network than need to change my location...now I have to change my residence for jio services..too much poor services....tum log he ab Naya Ghar dila do ya Naya network

@JioCare @jiofber @reliancejio Wrt Service Request SR00001BPWW2 no body visits, called customer care , they keep rescheduling to new time, no body visits still. This loop is going on for 4 days. Is it infinite? Please refund my 4 months remaining deposit. #pathetic

I don't know how much of a help tweeting about it was, I only received scripted messages from JIO team without any visible action on the ground. 2 weeks of absolutely painful journey, will not be forgotten. I am in process of taking legal action against JIO. @JioCare @reliancejio

@true_blue_8 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare Reaching out here and getting it rescheduled is not solving my issue. I have reached customer care twice already and they have rescheduled it but nobody visited. This loop is going on since 4 days.
