@JioCare we had taken Jio Fiber for a month trial. Tomorrow the trial gets over. One of your executives had come over yesterday to assist mother regarding the same and there has been some screwup with the cancellation of trial and 6 months payment for postpaid plan. Kindly help.

@JioCare No response on private message. Jio engineers are not capable of resolving complaints even in 6 days! They also do cheating- just clear the complaint without actually resolving ? What can be said if the company is aware of such tactics !

@iamnitinkarn @JioCare Jio has this problem since lockdown. Whenever electricity goes at our area whether it is monsoon or not immediately the jio network also goes... Faced so many issues while WFH through JioFi.. Finally had to switch from this pathetic network to airtel

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I'm facing network issues, I've been complaining about the same issue since Jan 2022 but there's no progress till date,net speed is worse sometimes I hope some corrective measures are taken this time.
