    @JioCare last month almost 10days JioFiber was not working. Inspite repeated requests after struggled for more than 10days it was rectifiedI thought JioFiber validity may be extended automatically for 15 days to compensate the loss. But no extension of validity has been provided

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even after repeated complaints, my problem is still not resolved. Despite having a premium subscription of @SonyLIV, I have to watch advertisements in between the content and sometimes the content automatically starts over (even when the remote is untouched)

    @JioCare Still no improvement in the network coverage. On top of that, your customer support executive have closed my complaint without any resolution. Such pathetic response from your network and your team. I think its better to shift to other networks now.
