@JioCare So i called your helpline, first off he was rude and really just wanted to hang up as soon as he got the call, i want my invoices from Dec 2020 till now for official purposes, i don't get an email with the invoice and was not given the info for the 180 day mark before.

@D_Sumit5 @jio_fiber very true, all they have in their app, is silly marketing promotions, @reliancejio Your My Jio app is the most useless app ever. Put a way to raise issues there and if possible Live Chat option. I don't wanna see Jio Mart offers there, when my broadband is down.
