@TRAI and @JioCare and @Speedtest cannot contact with jio customer care executive by dialing 198 or 18008899999. Everytime the call get disconnected after explaining my balance. I have facing some problem. Really pathetic service. This is how jio treating its customer.

@reliancejio we have lot of Jio users in our locality however we do not have jio mobile tower.. Our area is Nankey Basti, No. 1 Monabari, PO Laharijan, Pin: 784176. We are facing lot of problem as we cannot use internet from home. Kindly install Jio tower in our locality..

@JioCare The problem arises when my friend dial my jio number from his jio number. But whenever I use to dial his number my call get connected. If the problem remain same I will retweet it to TRAI and port my number.

Jio support blatantly lied and said vist is rescheduled at 7.30 pm. It's past 9 pm now. You guys are not reliable at all. Your support guy hung up on me as well. Will be surrendering my connection and will switch to @airtelindia @reliancejio SUCKS.
