Everytime the call get disconnected after explaining my balance. I have facing some problem. Really pathetic service. This is how jio treating its customer.

Again I rescheduled an engineer visit for 29.04.2026 b/w 6 to 7 pm but again it was rescheduled from backend without my consent.
