@geekyranjit @reliancejio Don't go with Pioneer as I am facing issues with them. Very low service levels and they are taking quite a long time for a simple change of address with in the locality. Still it's going on even after talking to their senior management.

@JioCare I think this is for the 2nd or 3rd time reaching out but for some apparant reason this problem is quite frequent in the conncetion in our building specific to our floor. The connection keeps going down quite often. SR number : SR00001E1TOU.
