@TRAI and @JioCare and @Speedtest cannot contact with jio customer care executive by dialing 198 or 18008899999. Everytime the call get disconnected after explaining my balance. I have facing some problem. Really pathetic service. This is how jio treating its customer.

I won't recommend anyone in NCR a @reliancejio Fiber connection. Too many major breakdowns, lasting hours. Facing 3rd one right now in last 15 days. And then don't forget the frequent disconnections, multiple times every day. @JioCare is here just for lip service. @TRAI

Jio network is very very poor internet in rural areas. They are charges 4G internet data pack but provide us 1G or 2G speed internet...The Students are facing problem when the online classes are continuing ....So please provides us our 4G internet speed Thank you @reliancejio
