    @JioCare one of the coustomer care need to be terminate immediately and she shout at me telling that she can't understand my language and transferring to hindi language agent please terminate her pathetic jio care because of her thank you and postponed my resol time by 10 days

    @psuedosky_ @JioCare Resolution is not their dictionary. They will always provide u with a copy and paste replies. They will always give u excuses. They will always make a fool of u everytime u raise a complain. @JioCare worst customer service.

    @JioCare Only if your RF engineers were active and only if u had tried to improve the network, but no. U cn only make excuse telling the customers that the network issue is due to many users trying to access the internet at the same time. A nursery kid would hav known ur replies by nw

    @JioCare There's no need to give you my personal info. Just use the gps location in the screenshot and boost the signal strength as you know that internet usage has been increased significantly due to the lockdown.

    @HinduTempleLive @JioCare Dnt expect much from @JioCare All they do at d end is to give excuse saying dat many users r trying to access d network at same time. Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

    @RANJITK43829712 @Airtel_Presence Go for a better network in the area. However, if u opt for Jio keep in mind that @JioCare has the worst customer care service. All they do is copy and paste and never provides a solution or resolution to any complaints.

    @JioCare Are you guys really providing genuine support? My Soyliv subscription with the Jio AirFiber bundle shows “subscription expired” even after ₹706 recharge. Called support twice, same “clear cache/data” solution. Tried everything, still no fix. Kindly give genuine steps.
