    @kirankadam0007 @reliancejio @JioCare only know the ways to fool to the customers. But they will never ever work to improve the network. Their resolutions to every complaints end with-'the issue is temporary and it is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time'.

    @JioCare @TRAI sir please look after jio care they are irritating me and they don't cared me eg they don't pick up my call and they don't resolved my problem since last 3 month when contact they will blame me like I have contacted 3 days ago and they will say I have to wait for

    @JioCare one of the coustomer care need to be terminate immediately and she shout at me telling that she can't understand my language and transferring to hindi language agent please terminate her pathetic jio care because of her thank you and postponed my resol time by 10 days

    @rrahul337 @JioCare @reliancejio Dnt expect much from @JioCare All they do at d end is to give excuse saying dat many users r trying to access d network at same time. Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

    @JioCare when the service itself is poor and speed is hardly usable why should I recharge? We are on a postpaid family plan and pay bills on time yet facing constant calling and internet issues. Fix the network and provide consistent service first - then asking for payment will make sens.

    @JioCare @TRAI on 19th April you said in private msg that you will fix this issue and today is 25th April, issue is not fixed yet.. if after paying 1200 rs I am seeing ads on all OTT then I can buy subscriptions directly from OTT which will be cheapest and with no Ads..

    @JioCare Why till now didn't get the call back within 30 days even if your timeline was within 7 working days? If you're not able to provide services on time please refund payment within 2 days in the same payment method. I will go to another service provider.

    @JioCare scheduled the appointment for the first slot available 12-1 pm. Record says that no engineer visits even after appointment.Hoping for the resolution by today, or else will switch to other service provider. Monopolistic attitude of yours is causing real harm mental & economical.
