    @JioCare Only if your RF engineers were active and only if u had tried to improve the network, but no. U cn only make excuse telling the customers that the network issue is due to many users trying to access the internet at the same time. A nursery kid would hav known ur replies by nw

    @rrahul337 @JioCare @reliancejio Dnt expect much from @JioCare All they do at d end is to give excuse saying dat many users r trying to access d network at same time. Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

    @JioCare @kirannaga311 When u hav done switching the device. We will say that the issue is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time. Kindly use the network when there are less or no users trying to access the network so that u can get the best network speed of @JioCare

    @kirankadam0007 @reliancejio @JioCare only know the ways to fool to the customers. But they will never ever work to improve the network. Their resolutions to every complaints end with-'the issue is temporary and it is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time'.

    @psuedosky_ @JioCare Resolution is not their dictionary. They will always provide u with a copy and paste replies. They will always give u excuses. They will always make a fool of u everytime u raise a complain. @JioCare worst customer service.

    @anupamtiwari97 @JioCare I know bro. I listened and read those exact words for 7-8 months. There was zero improvement in their network quality. I was fed up of their excuses and had to port out from Jio. All they do best is only fool the customers.

    @JioCare After poor service they can't refund I am not using air fiber a single day only tachnician test net speed and as per 30mbbs speed connection showing 15 to 17 mbbs speed and during I said him I am not satisfied pls cancel this

    @JioCare What's going on with Jio Fiber's service. It's down since yesterday, works for 10 or 15 mins then goes down for another 6 or 7 hours. This is not how you provide a service.

    @JioCare I am not going to repeat the same story again... last time you guys only issued the services request number after getting all the details...i had ordered Sim on 31st March and now it is 14th April. I no longer want to wait for Sim delivery..please cancel and refund my payment

    @JioCare I have registered a JioFiber Service Request no. SR000033BQ5X three days before but internet connectivity is still pending. A very unacceptable behavior and customer concerns are not on priority.

    We can't even call someone just a minute after the recharge got over but here the tower operator shuts down the tower on a continual basis. It keeps happening and @JioCare @reliancejio ,they are doing nothing. I have complained a lot but they just ask for address and did nothing
