    @RANJITK43829712 @Airtel_Presence Go for a better network in the area. However, if u opt for Jio keep in mind that @JioCare has the worst customer care service. All they do is copy and paste and never provides a solution or resolution to any complaints.

    @JioCare one of the coustomer care need to be terminate immediately and she shout at me telling that she can't understand my language and transferring to hindi language agent please terminate her pathetic jio care because of her thank you and postponed my resol time by 10 days

    @JioCare @TRAI sir please look after jio care they are irritating me and they don't cared me eg they don't pick up my call and they don't resolved my problem since last 3 month when contact they will blame me like I have contacted 3 days ago and they will say I have to wait for

    @SugoutamM @JioCare Dnt expect much from @JioCare All they do at d end is to give excuse saying dat many users r trying to access d network at same time. Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

    Reply by @JioCare Hi, we understand your concern. Please be informed, the coverage in your area is good. You are experiencing internet issue as there are many users using internet at the same time. We are working to improve our services in your area however we can't commit a date

    @JioCare @DoT_India turning blind to the complains about the connectivity and speed issue. These operators never compensate the customers\consumers for the bad network. They charged the FULL amount even if there is no network for the whole day.

    @JioCare Issue is not permanently resolved, no technician come to resolve neither I got any call to help. How poor service you provide with Jio fiber is known to Whole India and how badly you are looting us. Other service provider at least come to location and visit to check

    Dear @reliancejio & @JioCare, I urgently need assistance regarding my JioFiber connection. Due to a misunderstanding, I downgraded to the ₹399 plan without realizing that it excluded TV channel services. Consequently, I returned my Jio 4K Set-Top Box, and Jio has already acknowledged its successful collection. Despite multiple emails, I have only been redirected to chatbot support without any proper resolution. I kindly request the following: • Upgrade my connection to the ₹599 Entertainment Bonanza plan (30 Mbps + OTT apps + TV channels). • Since the Set-Top Box has already been returned and acknowledged by Jio, kindly ensure that no notional value or penalty charges of ₹6,000 are applied to my account. • As per Jio policy, customers upgrading to an OTT bundled plan after returning the STB are eligible for a new Set-Top Box without additional device cost. Kindly arrange a technician visit for installation of the new Set-Top Box at my registered address. Please resolve this matter at the earliest as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Thank you.
