Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

There was zero improvement in their network quality. I was fed up of their excuses and had to port out from Jio. All they do best is only fool the customers.

Engineers visited today and admitted the initial installation was botched—wires are dangerously touching a main road power transformer!
