    @JioCare There's no need to give you my personal info. Just use the gps location in the screenshot and boost the signal strength as you know that internet usage has been increased significantly due to the lockdown.

    @RANJITK43829712 @Airtel_Presence Go for a better network in the area. However, if u opt for Jio keep in mind that @JioCare has the worst customer care service. All they do is copy and paste and never provides a solution or resolution to any complaints.

    @JioCare @DoT_India turning blind to the complains about the connectivity and speed issue. These operators never compensate the customers\consumers for the bad network. They charged the FULL amount even if there is no network for the whole day.

    @kirankadam0007 @reliancejio @JioCare only know the ways to fool to the customers. But they will never ever work to improve the network. Their resolutions to every complaints end with-'the issue is temporary and it is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time'.

    @JioCare @LawShub So earlier I had to pay Rs. 300 to upgrade from Netflix basic to Premium. Now that Netflix has reduced the price of basic plan I'll have to shell out Rs.450 for the same upgrade!! Don't you want to fix this??

    @JioCare It has been 9 days since I complained to jio customer care about slow internet issue in my area, and I was told that yes there are some issues with the internet and it will be resolved ASAP But here I am writing again about the same, as nothing has improved yet.
