Occassionally jio network gets bad at times, but it gets resolved quickly mostly. Airtel is much more unreliable here. Gets disconnected automatically. I had to turn it off & on to get it working. Have ported to #jio

Their resolutions to every complaints end with-'the issue is temporary and it is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time'.

Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

There was zero improvement in their network quality. I was fed up of their excuses and had to port out from Jio. All they do best is only fool the customers.

Whenever a complaint comes their reply is always the same - "As checked, your location has good Jio coverage. These operators never compensate the customers\consumers for the bad network. They charged the FULL amount even if there is no network for the whole day.
