Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@DoT_India kindly check in DM i have reported about the fraud and cheap activities done by @JioCare jio fibre. I am looking for a legal action in this regard now consumer forum complaint already filled kindly look into the matter on priority as Jio fibre is new fraud hotspot.
