@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@JioCare Thanks for the affirmation, the connection is restored but our plan is not active as the service period has expired, the 1st service request raised was on 5th and we haven't used the connection since then. We had to install @airtelindia for fiber and got broadband!

Its been more than 36hrs that #jiofiber is down. Customer service says there an technical issue and we again have to wait 24hrs or more to get this resolved. #wfh people are getting screwed over by these people. Really pathetic. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Good to hear staple answers Avesh. What if I told you it's not a case of SOMETIMES, it's a case of ALWAYS ! My home location is a poor spot of indoor/outdoor connectivity. I came here so you would HELP me unlike the caller people but I suppose you only give philosophical answers

@JioCare Well I moved to uk couple of years ago and had Jio sim in the beginning has issues with network later fixed by doing some 600 rupees recharge . Worked well for about 8/9 months and now the number is blocked no network and can't fix it . Any solution ?
