Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

So tired of following up for Jio Fiber @reliancejio @JioCare . Been two weeks since I made payment, all I get are reschedule mails, noone has come to install Jio Fiber. Please help me out @reliancejio . Either cancel and refund or get Jio Fiber installed asap.

@JioCare I lost entire day coz of no internet and my child classes are also getting impacted. When I was using #Airtel resolution time provided by thm was less than 3 hrs that's the quality service, unlike ur 24 hrs. I have requested for disconnecting my services, I hope u r good at that

@JioCare I have recharged twice with ₹50 and ₹20 for emergency purposes but when I am trying to call it says I have no valid recharge plan. Look into it ASAP or credit the ₹70 in my phonePe wallet.
