@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Since yesterday @reliancejio network has been working fine for me at work. Getting internet for WhatsApp and Twitter. Cannot youtube though

@reliancejio your Engineers at Vadodara are so lethargic, they attended a complaint in our complex and stopped the working connections of other people. Dumb people you have. It's been 12 hours now , we are without internet.

@nch1915 @JioCare I have a JioFiber Connection which is not working since yesterday, 17th June 4 PM. I have registered complaint with Jio but they have booked engineer visit for 19th June which is totally unfair as I am unable to use my services for which I have already paid for.

@JioCare jio fiber internet connection not working for the past 3days. Complained to the customer care, till now no person has called or visited my place ti provide a resolution. Same issue in @airtelindia, resolved in less than 12hrs.
