    Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

    .customer care of jio is pathetic,I called your office many times but still they didn't send anyone for installation .Today is 25th of August and I still have no updates regarding Jio Fiber Installation @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I’ve a complain to place! My Jio Internet connectivity is too poor in my area in the afternoon and in the evening!This is the time when I can actually conduct online classes for my students!Previously it was good but now I’ve wasted five days! Contacted customer care...

    @imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

    @JioCare Hey your customer care service is absolute trash 1800896999. This number never leads to the service care person. Worst ever service. 3 months ago my router has been changed but the old router is still with me, even after creating a request. Annoyed
