@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare Its been pending since 14 days now, the service request is automatically closed from your backend team without any information or update. My money is held up for no fault and jio is delaying the process without reason
