  @imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

  @JioCare My JioAirFiber internet has been not working for the last 3 days (Request ID: SR0000331505). No call or visit from the assigned engineer, Jitendra Kumar Saini, and he is also not answering calls. if this is not resolved by today i will go with Airtel.

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare @reliancejio From last day april 9, no internet from juo fibre from 3.30 pm. It came back for 1 hr and again went off. Till now no internet connectivity. Pathetic customer service. No resolution after logging multiple tickets. Can any look into this!!

  @JioCare If there isn't an delay in resolution, why such time of 19 days and all such time was only due to repeated complaints at multiple phases. It was the case even engineer not being assigned for the initial days.
