@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@JioCare @reliancejio I had to disconnect jio fiber. However, everyday they are giving new date to pick up hardwares. While calling to the customer care, they just say, 'ap wait kijiye'. Seems, they have no intention to refund the security deposit. NEVER INSTALL Jio Fibre.
