@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@reliancejio It Has Been Almost 15 Days Since Our Fibre Was Disconnected Cause Of Snow And We Raised Complaint On 7th January But Since Then We Have Been Calling Your Office And The Employees Working There Ain't Responding. They Are Not Answering The Calls Is This Ur Service ?
