@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@ViCustomerCare You charge for callertunes whereas it's not even worth . Sound cracks so badly and full of distortion and one cannot hear the callertune clearly. Fix this pathetic service instead of replying with an automated message. Or else porting to @JioCare might be option.

@JioCare very pathetic service from jio fiber, my internet is down since 5 days after making countless appointments of engineers, no engineer is actually coming to site to fix the issues. Just keep on getting appointments and nothing else. No customer support from your end. BAD:(
