  @imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

  I-UW-SMLI-OSC-0067 this tower is installed at our location , but due to hardware issue the calling quality is worst and the whole village is facing a lot of issue , and the contractor of tower does not respond since two month , we are unable to call , @JioCare @reliancejio
