Whenever I am visiting my hometown, you guys disappointed me and compelled me to go back to the city. I raised a complaint about this long back, still, no action has been taken!

As a part of this relocation, the technician was supposed to visit my home on 1 April 2026, but did not. I kept calling the customer care and they kept rescheduling to no avail.
