I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

@JioCare Bought Jio extender & connected it to Jio router using LAN cable. I am on 300 mbps plan but I am getting only 95-100 mbps speed from Jio extender connected via LAN cable. Technician who came to investigate the issue had no idea about fixing the issue. Worst cust. service
