    I must say now that the indoor network coverage of @reliancejio is becoming the worse day by day. No improvements nothing. The entire business just running on advertisements. Its very hard to believe how a company is making profit out of false commitments.

    I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

    @JioCare We tried contacting you for the recovery of JioFiber device for service ID 299954010578, but were unable to collect the device. To schedule an appointment for device pickup just type 'DNP' and WhatsApp to '7000570005' . NO ONE CONTACTED ME YET

    @JioCare @reliancejio Providing very poor network and singnal strength recent days I have raised complaint against poor singnal couple of time through myjio app there's No use.

    @JioCare @JioCare it is really not about disconnection. It's how the request has been kept on hold and kept on rescheduling. Extremely bad customer experience with arrogance to go ahead with disconnection and not resolving the concern. I am still observing same behaviour.

    @reliancejio 5. Fibernet is very proactive in that regard; if you make a complaint, they respond within 4-5 hours and don't make empty promises or hang up.
