I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

@JioCare Still I'm getting the same calls as we are unable to reach you. This is your jio network only. I'm able to get your IVR Calls but not your service engineer's. Even today also you scheduled the visit and as usually no visit. How irresponsible you people are.

@reliancejio it's has really been the pethatic experience with your service engineer, it has been 3 days since engineer took the money for new fiber connection but now didn't bother to even attend calls from our side. I hope you will come with some solution immediately.

@JioCare Farrukhabad in UP East unit of jio employees is paying no attention for jio tower at Mohammadbad(209651) town which is dormant for many days.please ask them to attend the problem and order them to be responsible.
