    I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

    @JioCare your service engineers do not have decency to talk to a customer . It’s really pathetic when you need to call them 20 times and when they finally pick up they say I will not come ,do whatever you can .

    @JioCare #fiber #Ludhiana srv. No. SR0001JBEQI , no action taken from 12h , vry poor service. Well trained customer support to make excuse. Now to info Jio ENGINEERS will visit after 24hrs. Ohh great!!! ..how is going to pay my loose due to internet issue in ur end?

    @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of network u have. Not able to have a single smooth call without saying 'can u hear me? call is dropping in between. U have the worst network since I started using mobile. Thank god, we have number portability now. Switching too better network soon

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare i have took plan of 1099 of 3 months that have ott platform’s in it that includes amazon prime subscription of 1yr but after 1 mnth its not working. Their is no solution provided by customer care. Hope you help. #jio #reliancejio #ott
