Whenever I am visiting my hometown, you guys disappointed me and compelled me to go back to the city. I raised a complaint about this long back, still, no action has been taken!

I have been raising the issue the for a long time with you customer executives to install the fiber connection in my area but i have not heard from them for a long time. 1st issue was raised march 2020.
