I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

@JioCare I don't know y, you guys r so irritating in d end of the service pack, even recharge is not expired, IVR is start giving reminder on each & every call before 3 days. This is very irritating. See we know if we want to talk to someone that means we need to do recharge.

@reliancejio internet is dead slow past 2 weeks, called cust care, they keep on giving deadlines of 40 mins, 4 hrs, 5 hrs, but no resolution at all except false commitments. No complaints being taken. I have recharged my 4 mobiles with jio one year plan. Will you return money ?

@JioCare About 35 Kms from Patna, Village Name Tope, Block Daniawan, Here for almost a few years your network performance is about 10%, if jio thinks everything is good then it will be a big mistake, jio for good network Initiative has to be taken. @ Village Tope Resident
