    I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

    Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

    @JioCare Your engineer was not ready to listen. He was saying that give me 100 rupees less but I need old remote. Lol. We discussed again with customer care and connect your engineer with customer care. After so many hassles finally he agreed. Issue sorted for now. Thank you.

    @JioCare Day 6 and no resolution yet. Even the area manager stopped picking calls now. I can't be bothered with such bad service anymore! Kindly get my refund initiated for 2 months of payment. I want my connection disconnected

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup Jio internet in my area( Chhota Bariyarpur, Motihari 845401) is terrible. Have been living here for the last 1 year. Never got full strength signal. Internet speed is very low.

    @JioCare I'm on the verge of filing a legal complaint on your sales agents for a Jio Fibre connection. They are refusing to answer any calls or reply, payment was taken on 14th.. No reply now!!
