I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio network monitoring team are BLIND and DEAF. They can not see and listen customer complaints. Thousands of JIO customer are PORT OUT to other operator but still they are not doing even contacting to customer facing network issue.

Dear @JioCare I have been trying to contact your customer care for the last 2 days but I am not able to do it. Due to which my problem is not solved. Perhaps this is the reason that Jio's customers are becoming less. Maybe now you don't even need customers.

@airtelindia is there customer support available or not? Why did you still change your plans. Because incomings are free right. @reliancejio reduced their packs. I'll check this month end. If you not reduce I'll change my number to other network..
