    @JioCare @reliancejio Again facing network issues ,call drop in area. I just don't understand why you don't work on it. Day by day your services are getting worse . This is Highly disappointing.

    I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

    Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

    @reliancejio I have been using jio since 2017.Until a year ago, the jio Network would provide good data speed and network in our area,but after that the situation changed.Currently there is no network in our area and no good data speed.We have registered the complaint with jio

    @JioCare bad experience with #jio 4g services now already port to #vi.. #vi is offering unlimited mobile date in night with weekend data roll over..

    @JioCare With Jio Fiber not working, the biggest challenge is how to raise a complaint. You simply can't do it. And that's where @airtelindia has an edge.
