I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

I must say now that the indoor network coverage of @reliancejio is becoming the worse day by day. No improvements nothing. The entire business just running on advertisements. Its very hard to believe how a company is making profit out of false commitments.

@reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago I have applied for Reliance Jio Fiber connection and the salesman said that the installation will be completed within 1 hour of booking and after that the person is not even replying to my call. No customer care. Refund my money back.

@JioCare It is your problem that you did not pick up the router. You were sending emails saying that pick is postponed due to pandemic. After at least 10 postponments you picked up the machine. This is not my fault. You should return my full rs 1500

@reliancejio Jio the worst service provider. The fiber team takes money and then there is no installation. When you call the team they don't reply. Horrible experience. The most unprofessional staff any company can have.

I didn't knew Jio's technicians are astrologer. It's been 3 days jio fiber isn't working and technician without visiting my place claims that it will be last times problem of wire breaking and for now they don't have wires so he will come once he has wires. @JioCare @reliancejio
