I must say now that the indoor network coverage of @reliancejio is becoming the worse day by day. No improvements nothing. The entire business just running on advertisements. Its very hard to believe how a company is making profit out of false commitments.

I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

@reliancejio I have disconnected my jiofiber connection and the devices have been picked up. It has been around 2 months now and customer care team is saying devices have not been picked up from my place due to which they are not giving back the security deposit.Too disappointed.

Due to call drop and slow internet I did port my number from JIO to Airtel on 06 Nov. 2022. But nothing changed my life. still there is no network in my phone, many times call disconnected. Now you suggest where we go.@airtelindia @reliancejio
