I must say now that the indoor network coverage of @reliancejio is becoming the worse day by day. No improvements nothing. The entire business just running on advertisements. Its very hard to believe how a company is making profit out of false commitments.

Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

@JioCare I have applied for JIo connection exactly a week ago on 7th July, the sales person completed the KYC and the payment was completed for 3 months. However, I was promised it would be activated the same day but I was repeatedly lied to and deceived by your Customer team

@JioCare It seems that Jio fibre would only try but can't do complete it's responsibility. It amounts to claim for mental agony given to it's customers instead of giving service. So highly brand of the nation and so lagard in refund of just amount of Rs2500/-. It's going on tweets only.
