    I'm tired of complaining. Pin-736202, entire area is facing severe issues,the social networks have been flooded with the grievances of people & everybody has the same problem since last week.Till now so satisfactory answer from Jio.I did a mistake in porting into Jio.@JioCare

    Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

    @JioCare The customer care number never gets received by an agent. I am facing an issue with my jio fiber from yesterday, the app shows an engineer assigned, kindly help the customers with the agent number as well, the tracker shows nothing useful for the customer, kindly help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio hi team, i have 2 jio number. 1 number i recharge continuously and another number i recharge on every 2-3 months. From last 2 weeks I have received 3-4 calls from your side to recharge the 2nd number. If you have any problem for not recharge that number

    @JioMart @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani worst app payment done product not received. Scam with customers...... We have to suffer. They are keeping money for three days. Processing time is the only reason they give. I wish we should be paid interest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani sir my area pin code is 333025. Please check the tower situated in the village. Either jio net not working or it is very slow..and this is happening from last 3-4 months. I have complained earlier too but the problem didn't get resolved

    @JioCare @reliancejio why is it so difficult to connect to a customer representative ??? Had a refund initiated 1 month ago and still not done and there's no option to contact or connect with support!!!
