Its really disappointing to see India's No. 1 network @reliancejio on which people relied on is ignoring major issues. No matter how many times customers tweet or mail, nothing happens and the cust. care executives have only a set of answers and nothing else

I must say now that the indoor network coverage of @reliancejio is becoming the worse day by day. No improvements nothing. The entire business just running on advertisements. Its very hard to believe how a company is making profit out of false commitments.

@JioCare since last few day JIO's speed is very slow in my town. It feels like using 2G. Pls look into it. And yes don't ask details like phone model and all that, it's not me alone facing this, I have 5 jio Sims at home and all having same issue nd not at any particular location

@JioCare Almost 48hrs over no one wil make any complaints simply. If u face the issue for 48hrs u wil *** to know. Anyways our society all decided to port to airtel.

@JioCare Leave a complaint and there is standard computerized reply SORT OUT RIGHT AWAY. It means Jio is far away from sorting out RIGHT NOW. May be sorted out before couple of weeks when the recharge is due. A person doesn't become RICHEST without resorting to the tricks.
