@JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

Hello @JioCare , your mobile network has deteriorated here in Palma area of District Rajouri, J & K (Pin Code 185132). Network gets loss every single time, hours pass till we reach a proper tower connection. There is a big loophole in your services here. Kindly see.

@JioCare for past three days there is no jio fiber internet service in our area.... When you are accurate in stopping services as per the recharge ... Why don't you show such accuracy in providing customer support.
