    @reliancejio what a performance by jio network, 5G has been launched. but service not served 2G or 3G, we can't browser any website Poor service totally disappointed.

    @JioCare You just keep escalating and opening new tickets, and close them without providing any resolution. Haven't seen such a pathetic & slow service from any vendor till date. The device is still lying at my home & the dues are still pending to be cleared. Horrible service. #JioFiber

    @JioCare provide an resolution of getting new card of my brother's sim or change the ownership of that sim card. his name is Niraj Khemani from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I can provide his number too. Don't make us fool by your cheap marketing tactics. Provide resolution for my concern.

    @JioCare jio network services so cheap Not improved even after complaining for 4 years,5g is being launched, but 4g is not working A few days ago, after complaining several times, some network was fine and Answering since 4 years Many customers use the net at the same time
