    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

    @JioCare my wifi is not working since morning and have raised a service request the slot of which was 7-8 pm but no service engineer details has been shared yet. And your app doesn't have any option to reach out to service engineer. Resolve it asap.

    @JioCare you guys are pathetic and making fool out of your customer. It’s been 3 days of raising service request and you couldn’t send a technician. Customer care is useless. If you have iota of credibility then kindly resolve. 011-35879421

    @JioCare Refund of ₹2,221.46 for my cancelled Jio AirFiber is still pending even after 18 days. Service could not be installed due to no tower coverage, as confirmed by your engineer. Multiple emails to customer carehave not resolved this.Please process the refund immediately.

    @JioCare Facing very slow speed on Jio AirFiber in my area. The network is unstable and speeds are dropping frequently despite 5G coverage showing available. Kindly check the issue and improve network performance. @reliancejio @TRAI
