    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

    @JioCare I can’t. Just ported out of my JIO prepaid a few weeks back. Now I gotta wait for the next three months with Airtel and their lackluster customer service before I port back. I certainly miss reliance Jio!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Some buttons of the Remote of set top box isn’t working. I gold the old modem so range is very poor. The agents told me to uninstall this one and install a new connection. Isnt this should be covered under warranty?
