    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

    @reliancejio @JioCare Fraudsters It's been 2 months and there is no update on the issue.. Gave all the details and in return I get the same reply "we will update you soon" called cc today and I asked him about the update on the issue and he said t is no complaint registered😡

    @JioCare My internet is not working as expected and it just gets slow and non responsive every day !! You don’t expect me to restart the router every morning !! I need a fix to the problem ASAP ! I have already have placed a complaint about it !!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Regarding SR00001B641A On top of that, the customer care agent named Rajiv talked so rudely and was not at all helpful. This is completely unprofessional behaviour and service from Jio Fiber. It's been 5 days without internet service

    @JioCare I am tired of calling and sending emails and speaking with multiple people. Your customer care folks are so pathetic that the return of the StB request they interpreted as a disconnection request. Can someone please call and fix things asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup : Your app doesn't allow to download bills which are above 180 days. I have visited your Jio center they also said that bills of last year can't be downloaded. Your call centre's are always busy. What to do? Help

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI , why a customer is not allowed to download its past bills. Bills which are more than 180 days old. I have been to jio center,no help. Trying to reach customer representatives over call but to no avail..
