    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

    @JioCare Please do not say "earliest." You wasted 8 of my days before this also. Either give me an exact date and time or refund my amount. Worst Jio service, I paid you but am not getting service for half of the month.

    @shubhmx @JioCare Had same issue but got it reactivated from the state I am currently staying only. I had airtel. Guess Jio has different procedure for it.

    @JioCare No need now, I'm in the process of registering a cyber fraud complaint with appropriate authorities against Jio and the scam agents, I lost 3333 to your fraud company but no worries I'll make u scammers cry in court.

    @JioCare For how long it will remain on hold. More than 24 hrs have been passed but still no response. If you r unable to rectify it, please process for disconnection of my service, I will go for some other operator

    This is third time I'm requesting for help with my jio air fiber installation order number: NO0001F059IY , @reliancejio is very bad , they are not supporting at all , it's been almost 20 days when I paid for kyc , so much disappointed with @JioCare #JioAirFiberInstallation

    hi @JioCare my jio number got deactivated after not using it for 3 months now to reactivate it your customer care rep is telling me to fly to delhi from mumbai to do biometrics and then only it can be reactivated does it make any sense? just because i got the number from delhi you want me to fly there why can’t i do it from anywhere in india? @reliancejio

    @JioCare is the MOST PATHETIC internet service provider...it is over 60hours since an outage started and till now there is no sign of restoration....heartiest congratulations to Team Jiocare for testing the patience of its customers
