@JioCare Jio team, we have been waiting for technician from morning, we tried calling but person never showed up and atleast not bothered to answer calls&our time has been wasted 4m mrng ,kindly ask your technicians 2 b punctual or inform if they can't showup as our time got wasted 2day.

In Bihar, jio has installed a tower for better network in Raghunathpur Bazar of Sugauli block under East district.But due to call dropping and very low internet speed,villagers of area r facing problems for months. Should Jio be ported to another company? @JioCare

@JioCare we have given so many complaints regarding network and internet connectivity since 3 years but no one is taking care of it . I have never seen such worst service till date. All users of jio in my area now porting to another carrier.
