    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

    @JioCare No resolution received even after sending you DMs. Help me discontinue my JioFiber connection. I will be switching to Airtel Fiber due to the repeated service issues from JioFiber I’m unable to find any option to discontinue JioFiber in the MyJio app. How can I discontinue it?

    @JioCare Appointment will be fixed, I will get the message, engineer won't come, reschedule, and repeat... That is the reason I am asking this question. Whether you can do it today or can you refund my amount back. Please escalate this issue
