    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

    @JioCare Hey irresponsible team at jiocare The slot when the mechanic was supposed to resolve no wifi issue is still absent and is not responding to tele calls Infact he has now switched off his phone Any new excuse you have and any new time line when my wifi will be resumed

    @JioCare Thanks! Seems to be resolved after the external cable line got changed and required power resumed. This process must be strengthened to resolve customers issues on first visit. Also, hold code should be obtained by Eng from the customer to keep the ticket on hold not arbitrarily.

    This is ridiculous! It's been over 15 days since I applied for Jio AirFiber, and there’s still no resolution. I’ve already sent emails and raised complaints on Twitter but all in vain. Do you guys only make promises or actually deliver? @reliancejio @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had a JioFiber connection for 6+ years and had to terminate it due to relocation. After surrendering the devices, I was told that security deposit refund will be issued. Now, for no reason Jio has rejected the refund.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare Internet has not been working for the last 3 days. The service request SR00003A3Y31 is already raised, but the issue is still unresolved. Kindly do the needful and restore the connection ASAP.
