  @JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

  @JioCare @reliancejio Even after my 4th complaint in the last 2 days regarding #jiofiberinternet the issue has not been resolved. I hope u'll resolve my issue as your jio customer care official says they can only inform and not resolve the issue.

  @JioCare The customer service is so poor, they just keep repeating the same information that issue would be resolved rather than finding the reason of delay and work on resolution. Customer cannot raise a complaint. Seniors are not available.

  With #internetdown trending just wanted to share, my Airtel broadband is down I complained & the people there are not ready to listen to me, I am waiting and guess what? 4 days and @airtelindia yet to clear the issue 1 day @reliancejio already have setup a tv and boradband.
