    @JioCare Bullshit Comments.. i want my mobile connectivity should be available all time, at no one mercy. Since You have totally failure to provide service as expected... I have been making complaint continues two week as my complaint is pending since 2016.

    @JioCare On 18th May I've got a message to recharge 599 using Amazon pay UPI & get rewards upto 125rs ..... To confirm I called customer care on 198 & the executive has confirmed the authenticity of the msz. I've done the recharge but haven't got cashback or reward..

    @JioCare DMed... I understand that tech issues come but not getting any update for such a critical issue is really worrying! Airtel's local tech staff used to be at my doorstep in max 1hr after such complaint. It important to inform the customer atleast.

    @JioCare I hv recharged my new Jiofibre connection but not getting the invoice. Useless customer support, not able to provide me that, neither available in Myjio app. Ridiculous.
