    Hi @OnSpectra - this is from workplace. We are having some serious trouble with the internet 2318330. We have tried multiple times to get this fix over call but there is no solution we find. Hence please send someone to visit and fix the problem.

    @OnSpectra The most worst wifi connection I have experienced is Spectra...never go for it...too slow...no proper customer care...just a complete rubbish

    @OnSpectra Pathetic service. We switched from another service provider to Spectranet. Worst part is that its very difficult to connect with customer service team.

    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2
