  @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!

  As i already paid for your top up for 80 mbps atleast provide me 40mbos na so that i can do my office work bcz of @Settl_living @OnSpectra @SpectraLife_Inc your worst services I am not suppose to do my office work. As i am in sells department company will mange 1day not everyday.

  @OnSpectra your app doesn't work, internet doesn't work, helpline number doesn't work. How else do we raise a ticket for nothing working
