  @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

  @onspectra Internet service by Spectra in South Delhi: there is frequent disruption in connectivity, once every fortnight on an average. Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

  @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back
