    @OnSpectra Guys it's really shameful that though I have paid till d end of d month but as soon as I informed you that I would not be renewing your services , you have immediately taken steps to bring my network to a halt ! I didn't even expect you to refund my money once I shift

    @OnSpectra Spectra net is the worst connection you could get for gaming. The ping goes beyond 1000 and 200+ is normal even for 200 Mbps connections. Stay away

    I am a resident of Gurugram and on Saturday I had placed a request with @OnSpectra to password change. They have an estimate time of 2 days to help me with it. And now they have closed the request without resolution. #Poorcustomerservice #SPECTRA

    Hi @OnSpectra @Spectre_net I have been raising solution request that my internet is down since 1pm IST today with complaint no - SR23043831986 and SR23033807547 and the issue has not been resolved in 7.5 hours and original estimated time was 4 hours #internetdown
