    @OnSpectra Horrible Services ,Pathetic customer care Why do you take immediate action for a new connection and 20 days for a disconnection ? Why should 1 pay extra for that 20 days ? Where are your ethics on customer support??

    @OnSpectra Hi, we have received payment of Rs 2828, Spectra A/C No. 2323381.... I changed my mind and need refund for this connection, reason 4 posting here as ur customer care not helping me.

    @OnSpectra Spectra net is the worst connection you could get for gaming. The ping goes beyond 1000 and 200+ is normal even for 200 Mbps connections. Stay away

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.
