  @TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare I paid or rather kept paying for Spectra for an year without service. First of all their service was pathetic for the lack of better words, they couldn’t withstand the wrath of the Internet Mafia in BLR 😬

  @OnSpectra used ur services for about 5 years with the most premium plan & face a bizarre situation while disconnection request today.Being told 15 days as hold time for disconnection is the most bizarre thing I've heard. Might have to pay a few bucks xtra but never returning!!

  @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

  @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
