Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

Kunal (@kunal_lalvani) reported@OnSpectra it's been 18 hrs and the Internet is still down. When jio was down for a few hours they had compensated their users. How are you going to compensate me for this? Resolution time is 6pm today (apparently). Almost 22 hrs no Internet.
