    @OnSpectra Guys it's really shameful that though I have paid till d end of d month but as soon as I informed you that I would not be renewing your services , you have immediately taken steps to bring my network to a halt ! I didn't even expect you to refund my money once I shift

    @OnSpectra Worst service. Fibre Internet goes off when you are in meeting, business loss. Happened more than 3 times in this month. Root cause power outage or team doesn't know. I am fed up. Location Bangalore, thubarahalli

    @OnSpectra please let me know the resolution time on SR22073509570. At the drop of water the link goes down. Helpline disconnects you without being able to speak to anyone. 2nd time in 3days that link is down for hours. Are we in a primitive age?

    @OnSpectra Hi team, very disappointed at your service. Local representative promised to provide new connection in 24 hours. It's 48 hours now still no news. Please help else it is better to take @ACTFibernet

    @OnSpectra - Poor service since long, need disconnection after using services since years. -Deco router provided to new customer but not me. - data capping is still there not on other carriers - slow speed and no permanent resolution yet. Tired to making complaints too.

    @OnSpectra the issue number SR23023741274 was never resolved and you on your website have marked it as RESOLVED...why do companies like you even exist ....because you fool customers by providing BOT activated services which are PATHETIC as is the internet connection

    @OnSpectra My internet is not working, your helpline is not reachable, and your app is stuck in a loop where it refuses to let me submit a ticket and just keeps cycling between "Troubleshoot" and an error page saying "Oops! Something went wrong." Very poor customer experience.

    @OnSpectra @WBAlliance @uditm You need to fix your service my inrmternet has not been working for 2 days and the service requests I raise keep getting closed saying that is issue is fixed it is causing a lot of inconvenience the new SR has the resolution time for tomorrow. This is utterly disappointing.
