@OnSpectra Please update on SR 21022907048 Account 178998 Again reasserting. You did not have to make false promises of upgrading wifi modems to have customers shift to higher plans. Please admit it was a gimmick and close the issue.

@OnSpectra Such a hassle in retrieving the security deposit.Called customer care multiple times but I get no definite answer.If you charge penalty for payments made after due date, for sure customers should be provided the extra amount for delay in providing the security amount.
