    I am a resident of Gurugram and on Saturday I had placed a request with @OnSpectra to password change. They have an estimate time of 2 days to help me with it. And now they have closed the request without resolution. #Poorcustomerservice #SPECTRA

    @OnSpectra what is going on with your service? Every small storm disrupts your internet services for weeks. It’s damn urgent that your service team replies asap.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service
