Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

amit khare (@amitkha26204585) reported@OnSpectra @uditm when we go for connection of Spectra fibre net it is done within 1 day but when you opt for disconnection I am told by your customer care team that it will take 15days and I will have to pay for that 15 days bill also…is this really justified? Why not in 1day?
