  @OnSpectra Hi Team, I am your customer from last 7 yrs but raised connection deactivation request last month(CIN -185235), since then following for refund sent more than 20 mails and 10+ calls no solution. every time get standard reply and ur customer executives are not in sync

  @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?
