  Then i got mail that i am not suppose to use my personal wifi nd you are using @OnSpectra @life_spectra wifi they are providing worst wifi services you property manger told me yesterday ma'am please top up your plan so i paid for that yesterday i paid for 80mbps.

  @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare Any ideas how a customer can get his security deposit refund. Sending mails and calling the customer care phone for last 2 years has not helped.

  @OnSpectra already cancelled my connection. Returned modem and all dues were cleared. Why am I still getting email and sms about service request. SR22063438371. I didn't raise it. Is this fraud from Spectra. @jagograhakjago

  Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

  @OnSpectra used ur services for about 5 years with the most premium plan & face a bizarre situation while disconnection request today.Being told 15 days as hold time for disconnection is the most bizarre thing I've heard. Might have to pay a few bucks xtra but never returning!!

  @OnSpectra I paid inr 3536/- and was told that installation will be done within 24 hrs, so far 3 days passed and nothing happened, so please cancel my request and return my money #patheticservice #shutitdown
