@OnSpectra Guys it's really shameful that though I have paid till d end of d month but as soon as I informed you that I would not be renewing your services , you have immediately taken steps to bring my network to a halt ! I didn't even expect you to refund my money once I shift

@OnSpectra a very dissatisfied customer. I intend to disconnect Spectra connection or downgrade as i am aware they can never provide 125Mbps download speed and just making money by selling high value plans

@OnSpectra After the long standing debacle they seem to have just made it worse. I Keep having to explain what a Internet is to spectra and try to find newer ways to loop holes in their system to fix the problem myself. At this point this this feel like the deliberate than incompetence.

@OnSpectra I recently took a connection and paid for 6months however I’m not finding it feasible to work from home as my office laptop uses a VPN and I get a speed of 3 or 4mbps and I keep des connecting every 5 mins. I want to cancel the service and want a refund

@OnSpectra I have been cheated into getting the spectra voice service started, was told by everyone from my local spectra vendor in East of Kailash, New DELHI-GIRISH, awa the executive onset helpline, that I shall be able to use a landline with this service, the apparatus I'll
