  Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

  @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back

  @OnSpectra Your fibre service sucks! You have billed me even for downtimes. My account id 230210. Fed-up and Disconnecting now with your services. SR open since 30 Jan 2023.

  Spectra internet service is the worst in Bangalore. Never pay advance to them for a new connection. They will say connection will be done in 2 days and no one will respond for 2 weeks. When you request to cancel, they will say amount cannot be refunded @OnSpectra #worstservice

  @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

  @OnSpectra , can you restore my internet connection please? Have paid the bill. P. S: Can you have email reminders or even smses for bill payment? Incessant calling on work days and then cutting the connection off doesn't seem very customer friendly.
