  @OnSpectra worst service by the spectra, everytime link down problem. No one resolve our problem they provide only temporary solution not the permanant, we are in Noida sector 58, it's a industrial area and are unable to fulfill a company requirements. We will disconnecting soon

  @OnSpectra Hi Team, I am your customer from last 7 yrs but raised connection deactivation request last month(CIN -185235), since then following for refund sent more than 20 mails and 10+ calls no solution. every time get standard reply and ur customer executives are not in sync

  @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!
