    @OnSpectra Guys it's really shameful that though I have paid till d end of d month but as soon as I informed you that I would not be renewing your services , you have immediately taken steps to bring my network to a halt ! I didn't even expect you to refund my money once I shift

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare team is there an update on my refund. Have not received any update. Does it takes so much time( more than 2 months) to process refunds. Seems you are working in 1950’s era to return customer’s money. @uditm running a company or a joke?

    @OnSpectra Don't try to settle issues thro private messages. Do the root cause analysis and settle the issue permanently. Dont let me go for service providers who can control their instruments from mice attack. Jio or airtel customers in building nvr hv issues

    @OnSpectra As expected you are concerned whether my current problem is resolved or not. You want to settle that thro private messages. Yes problem is attended everyday but at the cost of my 8-10 working hours average. No action to prevent recurring failure

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare It's been 2complete days broadband is down and no proper response from the local team & no ETA till now. @uditm If the payment is delayed for a day you guys disconnect the service now its been 2 days without the service what action you guys gonna take.

    @OnSpectra Very poor service. My connection is deactivated since March due to No service in my area. Following up for refund since then. No response. SR raised in your system getting closed with False commitments.
