I recently switched to Spectra hoping to not go through the same pain as with my previous ISP! Even in general, the connection is mostly unstable, not delivering promised speeds always.

With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

On Saturday, the team coolly tell me that because I have an existing connection, they cannot install Spectra. Issued a service request, which was marked as completed, tho nothing had been done😡🤬

Same here, looking to switch back to Airtel asa end of current cycle. Even more irritating is the SMSes that always keep increasing the ETA of fixes.
