With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

Same here, looking to switch back to Airtel asa end of current cycle. Even more irritating is the SMSes that always keep increasing the ETA of fixes. Horrible thereafter. Airtel is not able to lay their fiber net line in our lane. Not enough customers they say. Jio also has complains. Some friends in CR Park use.
