On Saturday, the team coolly tell me that because I have an existing connection, they cannot install Spectra. Issued a service request, which was marked as completed, tho nothing had been done😡🤬

With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

I recently switched to Spectra hoping to not go through the same pain as with my previous ISP! Even in general, the connection is mostly unstable, not delivering promised speeds always.

Horrible thereafter. Airtel is not able to lay their fiber net line in our lane. Not enough customers they say. Jio also has complains. Some friends in CR Park use.
