@hailschumi @OnSpectra Agree. I was supposed to get a new connection last Saturday and paid up promptly. On Saturday, the team coolly tell me that because I have an existing connection, they cannot install Spectra. Issued a service request, which was marked as completed, tho nothing had been done😡🤬

@OnSpectra will my internet resume.. 6 days and still no resolution. Your field team is pathetic. They never bother to come and repair. I have been told, wire is cut but no one to repair it. PEOPLE DONT TAKE SPECTRA. HORRIBLE SERVICE

@rachitkmishra @OnSpectra Wow! I thought it's only in my area! Same here, looking to switch back to Airtel asa end of current cycle. Even more irritating is the SMSes that always keep increasing the ETA of fixes. Broken half the while in Whitefield as well, maybe even more.

@OnSpectra most horrible service. Don’t take even if they give it for free. With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

@TheDeshBhakt @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare All are same. Using ACT fiber for some time. Nothing exciting about performance. Had DEN earlier. Good initially. Horrible thereafter. Airtel is not able to lay their fiber net line in our lane. Not enough customers they say. Jio also has complains. Some friends in CR Park use.
