@VodafoneIN The network has gone from bad to worse in the past couple of days. The handset says “No service” and whenever there is a network available, only one bar displays which doesn’t let calls go through, SMS delivery fails and if at all calls go through, they drop instantly

@VodafoneIN . My father is using vodafone network . Where as I use Airtel. Voda serves the worst network in our area while airtel plays without interruption. I m nt sure whether my father will use vodafone for a long tym. Pls ensure his netwrok problem could be resolved soon.

@ViCustomerCare Vi should provide Missed Call Alert service for free. Currently, many other telecom operators like Jio and Airtel provide this feature free of cost, which notifies users about missed calls when the phone is switched off or out of network.
