@VodafoneIN . My father is using vodafone network . Where as I use Airtel. Voda serves the worst network in our area while airtel plays without interruption. I m nt sure whether my father will use vodafone for a long tym. Pls ensure his netwrok problem could be resolved soon.

@VodafoneIN The network has gone from bad to worse in the past couple of days. The handset says “No service” and whenever there is a network available, only one bar displays which doesn’t let calls go through, SMS delivery fails and if at all calls go through, they drop instantly

So My father Was using Your Sim from last 13 years. One Day Found that Sim Was not working So he went to your office were Sim was Replaced. It was told that it will come under operation in 24 hours. 15 Days have been passed still sim is not active yet.(1/n) @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
