And that request has been pending for more than 5 days but no solution till now. They will do false promises when you will port out, don't rely on them #worstcustomerservice

I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.).
