    @VodafoneIN My wife Karin holding your number 8860199801 wants to switch from Post Paid to Pre Paid. Being a Senior Citizen can't stand in line outside your Service Centre the nearest being in Sector 50 Noida. Can it be done online? Alternatively give fixed time to be there.

    @VodafoneIN No solution to my problem of changing from Post Paid to Prepaid for Senior Citizens. My wife's mobile number is 8860199801. If u change Prepaid to postpaid on line why not reverse.

    @VodafoneIN Visiting any Store is the problem. Appears you have not understood my tweet. Subsequently even contacted Customer Care at 199 was of no Help. Asked to visit Vi website. Did that also but at no place could lodge my problem and find solution. What shall one Senior Citizen do?

    @VodafoneIN very poor voice quality in Delhi Chattarpur. Facing since last few months. While calling call drop is very usual. During call one side conversation if often mute. Please resolve it or I shall have to find some other operator. @TRAI please intervene to ensure QOS.

Still, I'm getting calls..Can someone look into this, please? It is nothing but harassment with repeated calls.. without caring for the customer's request

    I've Visited Vi to get my missing sim. There was a receptionist named #Pooja ask me to recharge with 100₹ I refused it because I've already have a recharge & than she refuse to issue me that sim. Her behavior is not right as a company employee @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

    @imsanjaybeing @ViCustomerCare @Paytmcare Agreed with You, changing service provider to BSNL. Paytm is also a "KACHRA App". everytime when I recharge through this app, most of the time I encountered same error. One go m recharge kabhi nahi hota.

    @ViCustomerCare how 3rd class service and business model you have. Each week you cut main balance in the name of VAS, which user doesn't started. Each time you return money and deduct again. How shameless your service is. Any solution for this harrasment?
