    @VadherMitesh3 @ViCustomerCare I think,now I will have to do the same as no action is being taken by Vi even after so many complaints.Never thought that this much value would be given to 'valuable customers' of Vi @ViCustomerCare.No expectations left from them now.Will port all my no.s.Thanks 4 ur suggestion

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer service not able to resolve network issue from last 10 months & service request is open. Even the engineer visited agreed there are no network of VI in the area (Delhi) but no solution. Can you resolve service request 3-99138912680 and 3-92427373733

    I was trying to PORT one of the @ViCustomerCare number to @airtelindia, the number is used just for calling, so it is on Rs. 99 unltd plan. The Port SMS to 1900 always FAILS. The customer care said, if you can't recharge with 128, you can NOT port out. @TRAI, Is this your Rule?

    @ViCustomerCare As per the VI app I have seen that more than 150 GB in my account on 31st August, but now I have seen that only 30GB in my account, while every month 40GB fix +20 GB data, credited in my account, how it is possible, please explain. will not stay more with VI.
