    @VodafoneIN I am tired of calling 199 helpline no. It creates more trouble than solution.5th attempt for more than 5 mins and no help. strangely no one even picks up call. I want to change my tariff and no assistance.very poor customer care service.

    Getting a call back from @VodafoneIN customer care is Such a pain. My Vodafone number has been deactivated without any notice. Therefore, I can only provide an alternate number. But it’s hard for them to understand that! #fail

    @ViCustomerCare when I recharged it is 4g network but now after 10-15 days it's not even a 2g network. And it's not new for me ..ye to hr baar ka h I think agr ye problem solve nhi hui to portout hi ek option h

    @ViCustomerCare To open Vi app in my phone, I am using JIO SIM, because Vi network is very slow again. Could you solve my problem permanently or I should port the number in JIO? Why a single problem is happening again and again! I expected better from Vi, but it is not upto the mark.
