    @ViCustomerCare my complaint no. V-125560089256 is not resolved since so many days.. Vi is just getting worse.. You guys always say tht the issue is resolved than just in 24hrs.. A new issue arrives in that issue.. Worst experience..

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not facing any issue but I want to suggest something so that it can be implemented. Everyday you give unlimited internet usage from 12am till 6am on certain plans. So instead of 12am till 6am, can't you make it from 10pm till 4am? #Vodafone #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare Is something wrong with your network. For the last week bad network everywhere. Lot of call drops. Have a dial 3 to 4 times to get through to someone’s phone. What’s going on ?

    Internet speed is very low. Buffering going on and on. Even many times call drop.After complain number of times only one silly message comes and then after they close the complain. I think time now to port in another network. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare - I bought a 3799 roaming pack for USA; got mobile data for first 2 days in the US (Jul 1-2), but not since then. Multiple calls to customer care haven't helped; in fact three times your rep has hung up on the call. Very disappointing. Please make this work.
