    @ViCustomerCare What's the benefit of switching to VI when no one from VI customer care is helping me even I am an existing VI user, unfortunately I have to suffer for 3 more months due to sim Port rules. I will definitely switch to another network where atleast they listen and help users.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, your network has become very weak for a few days, due to which I am having trouble sending text messages & making calls, sometimes for 15 minutes the network disappear in my handset. Please check it and fix this problem as soon as possible. Cc @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, Since Vodafone & Idea merged, I am facing an issue about my Callertunes service. It never gets activated. I’ve tried it through every platform(App, Site, SMS)I even complained on 199 but nothing happened! They say due to technical glitch its there. help!

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, you have the worst service in India.I Transferred my sim to Vi few days back, after that u had several issues regarding the network quality. You claim that you have fastest 4g network but in reality it is far from truth.(1/n)

It's 24 hours still no recharge updated..have already shared the pic of offer applied in My VI app of Rs 39 with full TT & 28 days validity... It will encouraging definitely Port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare painful experience for users of VI is Army Colony Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Despite several complaints there is no network in the area ever since Vodafone has become VI. Hundreds of users are forced to consider migrating to other operators.

    @ViCustomerCare never ever seen such a pathetic service.last 5 month have paid 3k without using any service. Intentionally they will call you to deduct balance while on international roaming. Even if after recharge of international roaming pack they will say we don't have details
