@VodafoneIN Seems like Vadafone don't Care about there Customers. Please Educated your store manager. Kamla Nagar(Delhi) branch very poor customer handling I would say, Mr Chetan seems like he don't care the hassles customer facing bcz he was too busy talking the lady staff.

Pressed *123# from VI to check the balance, as it is the usual no in different networks. Immediately, got SMS 'Jokes Pack activated and 30 RS deducted'. Got refund after spending 8 minutes on customer care call. But, still it is cheating. Be aware of it @ViCustomerCare #VI
