    @ViCustomerCare it is disguas ting onvi part that they could not contact vi store in 8 days moreover mr omkar supervisor vi tells he will not raise any complaint nor get it resolved .my complaint of 13th june not resolved by vi VI CUSTOMERS BE ALERT

    Hi #vodafoneidea I appreciate the kind of harassment and time wasted. I've been using 10 postpaid numbers for the past 5 years but I'm having a lot of problems and there is no support from Cc Vi store. What you claim about being delighted to help you is all a lie.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone internet is not working in my area for over a month. Do something. It used to be the most powerful coverage providing network even indoors, but nowadays it's been the worst of them. I can't even search anything on google.

    @ViCustomerCare Me 2 days back: "I'll port all my family postpaid numbers from Airtel to VI." Me today after buying a new VI connection to check VI network and customer service: "I would rather be without a mobile phone but never port any of my numbers to VI." Thanks VI

    @ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a new postpaid connection home delivered today afternoon. I was told that the connection will be activated with 3-4 hours. But I don't see anything yet. No network nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare all working. My Mail Id needs to be updated as old not working. As per outlet person my signature not matched .I have signed and sent Pancard and other mail of 2015 just to show the signature of that time. No one is able to understand what action to be taken

    @pib_comm why don't goverment take an action by panalty on call drop or slow internet speed prividing by the telecome company @ViCustomerCare.Even they are collecting higher charges on IVR calling on any customer care but the network quality they are decreasing day by day. Shame

    @ViCustomerCare what about the intl roaming charges i have paid but did not get to make or get normal calls. I even got a message that it was not working so we’re you not wrong in charging for me what does not work ? i could take you to consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI today visited store for getting pospaid blank sim at Karol bagh store metro station New Delhi feeling very bad as they treated so badly and misbehave. Mr bhuru customer care treated very rudely. Ridiculous service ever seen.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Team, your support executive behavior are very unprofessional, he use the sentence on call "pagal ho kya sir aap" When I was asking what is the issue in internet. Take the action and I want to know which action you will take for these executives.

    @ViCustomerCare After 15 years of association I'm moving to Airtel. Apalling International roaming service, I was left in a lurch thrice in 6 months in a foreign land with no network connection inspite of following all due diligence. Shocking!!
