    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with ₹47 by mistake, now cancelled that service, please refund ₹47. Also tell me how to restore my service, I couldn't find suitable recharge amount.

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare Mr.@AdityaBirlaGrp why you deducting amount from customer main balance. When you can't afford telecommunication expenses shut it down but don't do this cheap activities. Shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare Every month you are charging some unreasonable amount in bill. This time you charge Rs.25 for VAS. Earlier also you removed and took a complaint for this. Please remove these charges as I donot subscribe to any such service. Please do and advise. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare What sad state of your shops are. Jail road- Delhi, Reps are taking 30-40 minutes just to issue a new number. People are waiting for hours for their number to come for service. That's why you failing in India.

    @ViCustomerCare Please rollout VoWiFi service to bit older phones like Realme 3 pro, Redmi Note 9 pro, Redmi 8 etc. in M&G circle. VI network has gotten worse since a few months @ Vasai.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue daily. Even after being active on an unlimited pack, I am being denied for an outgoing calls mentioning you don't have this facility and then after few hours it gets alright. Next day again the same thing happens.

    @ViCustomerCare I was not able to call customer care because there is no easy option to reach there on 198. Once I did, they pick up and put my call aside, carried on with their work. I can show you recording if yiu want to. Can I get help here?
