    It has been almost a year now I am complaining about the network issue I am facing in my @VodafoneIN mobile phone. Whenever I call Customer Care I am told that the issue has been resolved but till date my network remains the same.

    @ViCustomerCare The main and foremost reason is the diconnection of network while you're travelling on bus/train and even in some areas the @VodafoneGroup network will be lost and @airtelindia will be running on #4G.     @ViCustomerCare I had a perfectly working 4G sim card. Suddenly it lost signal. Upon complaining CC, I was told I would get a free sim need to visit store. I did and I was obliged to pay 75/- what's the point? Sim wasn't damaged. It malfunctioned. P.S. this is not an upgrade.

    @ViCustomerCare I think you should shutdown, if you can't provide quality service to your customers. @TRAI VI India is cheating with their customers the net speed is like 2G but we are paying every month for 4G data with all taxes. can you do somthing against them.
