I am absolutely fed up with this network issue of @ViCustomerCare . It shows full bars of 4G but your internet doesn’t work at all. Have to put phone on flight mode every 10 seconds. Then why in the world this company provides service? We pay our bills and you don’t deliver!

Hello @ViCustomerCare, your network has become very weak for a few days, due to which I am having trouble sending text messages & making calls, sometimes for 15 minutes the network disappear in my handset. Please check it and fix this problem as soon as possible. Cc @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare today at 1814 I got sms that my request of subscription of 1 year Amazon prime service is activated whereas I never asked for it. I was told by customer care team tht I had word with Mr. Rahul Kamle at 1736hrs to activate. I think my data is being breached.
