    hey @ViCustomerCare , I requested for SIM exchange yesterday and was given new SIM by Vi mini store , which was claimed to be activated within 2 hours. but sadly the SIM is still not activated after 24 hours and the store is closed today due to sunday. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare there is a connectivity issues in Vikaspuri, N D (110018) area 4 past so many days. Got sim changed 2 4G, but no improvement in connectivity. Could someone take care of this. The signal strength shows full signal but calls doesn't go thru incoming n outgoing both.

    @ViCustomerCare in last two months i have raised multiple quries but non of thoes got resolved. While roaming voice and data was pathetic, back to base also has same issue data is "H" or max "H+". What's going on with VI. Please fix it elase SMS "PORT" to xxxxxxxx.

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged with 418 rs data pack with 100gb on 1st Jan 2022. Since that day i have had issue with internet and even after reaching out to customer care multiple times the issue remains unresolved. Please stop making fake commitments and looting customers.
