    @VodafoneIN Inspite of contacting you for so long, there is no response from your end. It’s been more than a month now. Having faced so much of problem, I would like to tell you that you have the worst network in the country.

    @VodafoneIN Network went off for sometime as specified by the person who called stated that he refreshing the network... Still VoLTE calls didnt turn up...

    @ViCustomerCare AS SOON AS I BUY A 5G PHONE, WUD PORT TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER . V I HAS NOT INVESTED MUCH MONEY IN UPGRADATION AS CONPARED TO OTHERS. SO VODA SERVICEZ WILL ALWAYS BE THIRD CLASS AS COMPARED TO JIO OR AIRTELL.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare stop harassing senior citizens. I understand you've lost the capability to provide service. I've requested to deactivate my mother's number +919833880978 as the VI guy tricked her to convert in to billing . So make sure she doesn't receive any bills in future.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a VI postpaid user. Lost sim and need a new one but in there is VI store 486661 Pincode (Sidhi District). It has been more than 50 minutes being on call & speaking to VI Customer care. He had no option to help me. Senior isn’t available. Very irritating.
