    Poorest network, net speed , Call drops ,no network with many benefits. @Vodacom at mahavir enclave Palam Delhi 110045. Except @reliancejio no network works here. @VodafoneIN do something. Ur ad show 1 tower /hr. But 2 yrs living here I see no improvement.

    @ViCustomerCare Kudos to VI team on increasing the recharge pack prices by around 40%, looks as if you'll were not happy even after removing the outgoing sms from most of your recharge plans. Extremely customer friendly policies, glad to be a part of VI since 2009 till yesterday.

    @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup And when I visited the Vi Store at Ghatkopar West, they told my documents is not accepting in software, then i visited in Prabhadevi Vi Store twice, their also same issue. On 30th nov I sent Port SMS 2/3
