    @ViCustomerCare You guys are deducting amount from senior citizen account on the basis of some "mydala" offer which they had never activated. Even in my case full DND services are activated in account. Then how can you deduct amount and when complained your customer care 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare What's the benefit of switching to VI when no one from VI customer care is helping me even I am an existing VI user, unfortunately I have to suffer for 3 more months due to sim Port rules. I will definitely switch to another network where atleast they listen and help users.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Hello Vi Team, I am facing network issues from last one month. I raised complaints several times. But solution is null. Is this the way to treat your customers ? You are advertising that you are best in network but in actual your are very worst at your biz.

    @VodafoneIN Rem. 53: Your network is 0.22 Mbps & the voice call is totally absent at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi-110084. Though we are recharging since long why don't you rectify it when you are paid 100% in advance? 9210365089, 8586851991, 8178082002

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, Since Vodafone & Idea merged, I am facing an issue about my Callertunes service. It never gets activated. I’ve tried it through every platform(App, Site, SMS)I even complained on 199 but nothing happened! They say due to technical glitch its there. help!

    @ViCustomerCare i went vi store model town delhi nd my phone was stolen i need to deactivate old sim & want a new sim but a executive named sheetal told me that your document is not proper so we can't issue a prepaid sim to u nd u hve to buy postpaid plan for sme nmber

    @ViCustomerCare Today again, I have visited VI store for activation of SIM and also submitted Postpaid connection application along with passport photo and Aadhar Card. Store has issued new SIM and assured me that it will be activated within 1 hr. But again, still it is not working/activated.

    The network survey confirmed a complete resolution of the problem can take a few months. Till then atleast MCA or VM is needed on a compensation basis but even these are being charged as premium service by @ViCustomerCare
