    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, the customer care representative named Soniya Dixit has not treated me well on the call and falling lack of information. She is not able to understand my query and was giving false information. Very pathetic experience.

    Also not sure that why the call was landed to a Hindi Prepaid customer care as I called from a postpaid number and having 5 connections on my name. It is really very bad experience. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Vodafone network and signals are not sufficient. very weak signals. But the problem is with your network. Your network is too much bad in noida sectors . Noida sector 62 Noida sector 4 noida extension, Merut , mawana, modi nagar, ghaziabad, murad nagar

    @ViCustomerCare my email id is updated in the vi app is incorrect. Raised 3-4 requests and did get otps in the desired email id.but still the incorrect email id is not removed and update email id is not reflecting. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare Trying to get you guys to resolve an issue about getting charged for roaming but not receiving incoming calls nor being able to make any outgoing calls (post paid - currently enable roaming in USA). absolutely incompetent folks who have no idea.

    @ViCustomerCare gave you the details. waiting for the call. please resolve this. we've already sent an email 3 days back about this issue and no response even after 48 hours .. i am being charged for incoming calls that never ring on my phone so i technically don't answer/pick up.
