@ViCustomerCare , numerous compliants from last couple of years, no resolution, all false promises , worthless service. Going with my legal advisor to the nearest VI store as I haven't got resolution for the last 2 years.@TRAI , please require ur support on this.

Fedup with @ViCustomerCare last 4 weeks here is no 4G service. Prepaid schemes cheating us for long time. If they have tower and connections, we must get service or refund. Is there any rule for it. PIN7901016 Tawang. @TRAI @MIB_India Banking is disrupted as Voda no for OTP 4G
