    @ViCustomerCare Haven't received any call, neither it's working. Looks like the service is disabled from backend for my no. It's a similar case when I had to chase for getting my VoLTE enabled six months back after porting in from Airtel. Why aren't these enabled by default at first?

    @ViCustomerCare It's the THIRD day today when I don't have my mobile data working. Despite MULTIPLE complaints/ DMs/ calls, there has been NO resolution from your end. Expect better customer service after a decade+ of using the network.
