    @ViCustomerCare Whenever I complain, I receive a pvt msg from your end. When I repley to that, I get same msg next day. Looks like its an automated reply. Customer goes for a toss. How funny.

    @ViCustomerCare No Service international roaming in USA. Numerous complaints filed. I have repeated these settings many times but still no network. Already have filed a grievance in the consumer court. Share this post and spread the word if you are facing similar problem.

    @Freecharge @ViCustomerCare recharge of 199 plan done With 30 rupees wallet balance in freecharge. Transaction debited of 169 from axis bank but recharge benefits not given. Called198 but Sweta mam Customer Representative says she cant help as it was 3rd party recharge. What next

    @ViCustomerCare Worst **** network in delhi ncr.even after 5 years they dont have enough funds and good network engineers who can rectify the network issue as sims show emergency calls only indoors even after merger.
