    @VodafoneIN heed this deep and heed this well. Your 4g service at Sikkim is slower than 2g service of other providers. If u don't update yourself.. market shall be too cruel to you. Please.. do something

    @ViCustomerCare Already done. How many times do I need to do that? I think even you're using VI network and hence unable to catch the network and hence cannot access the internet.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic customer care service. My net has been deactivated without informing me. On visit to customer care I am told to change SIM. Then I get message that request is rejected. Again I visit customer care new set of documents called for. 2 days wasted. Really sad

    @ViCustomerCare very bad customer support I didn't expect this from Vi Lodged a complaint to customer care via email on 26 mar appealed to appellate till now not resolved 9943395958 .I think it's time to change network @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
