Just got my @ViCustomerCare SIM shut down out of nowhere. They say there’s a pending postpaid bill — but I’ve already paid it. Called customer care multiple times, and all I get is “transferring your call” on repeat. Absolute nightmare. Fix this. #VodafoneIdea #VIissues

Experiencing highly misleading tactics from @ViCustomerCare . Was asked to re-verify my 8-year-old prepaid number due to a "DoT instruction" but then forced me into a 3x costly postpaid conversion, claiming my prepaid couldn't be re-initiated. Store refused to provide proof of this DoT notice. This feels like an unethical sales push under false pretext. Demanding clarity & resolution.

@ViCustomerCare Kaneez the problem wit Vodafone is they never understand & tat wat brought this company to position u guys r right now. I Can't make local calls & calls to India during the whole trip and you guys cause problem every time it's international roaming but u guys never care to fix

@ViCustomerCare @Bore_Insaan I am in Bangalore. Already network was not good when it was 4G. With 5G now it’s even worst. People laugh at me when they come to know I have been on Vodafone since 2011.

@ViCustomerCare I have been using Vi cell number since last many yrs. Upon checking this month bill I noticed that Vi Movies&TV subscription has been added to my bill without me ever actually availing it. Absolute refusal by customer care to do anything about it

@ViCustomerCare I had ordered a Vi prepaid sim yesterday, customer care executive promised that the sim will get delivered on the same day , i placed the order and no sim has been delivered till now. no call nothing.
