    Dear @VodafoneIN (India), Please fix the 4G network in my area. It's been few weeks that your 4G service is very pathetic. We are facing a problem. So fix it #ASAP. Work like your slogan "#TheFastest4GNetworkOfIndia" not like the #MEME of the year. You have to choice..

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone @TRAI See the speed of so-called 5G — it’s not even close! Even in metro cities, there’s barely any 5G network. What’s the point of paying for 5G recharge when the speed feels like 2G? Totally disappointing experience.

    @ViCustomerCare This is the kind information to everyone, I have been facing the internet using problem since the last 2 days. I had paid 365 rs every month for recharge. What is this service @ViCustomerCare given to us. I think the Government should blacklist this company.

    @Laxman_X45 @ViCustomerCare Vi ke "unlimited" plans mein aksar FUP (Fair Usage Policy) hoti hai, jaise 300GB limit, jiske baad speed kam ho jati hai ya extra charges. Recharge ke time yeh clearly mention na hone ki complaints common hain (jaise consumer courts mein cases). Official terms check karo Vi app ya website pe. Issue resolve karne ke liye Vi support (198) call karo ya TRAI ko complain karo.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi network company is very cheap, I am facing problems using the internet from the Vi network. Already complained 3 times about network issues but the company never resolved the issues properly. I am going to change with Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged for unlimited and I got a message that you have over charged data and after that my internet does not work and I am not getting any response even after calling customer care.
