Dear @VodafoneIN (India), Please fix the 4G network in my area. It's been few weeks that your 4G service is very pathetic. We are facing a problem. So fix it #ASAP. Work like your slogan "#TheFastest4GNetworkOfIndia" not like the #MEME of the year. You have to choice..

@ViCustomerCare there is an offer on the Vi app for using @twidpay rewards, but when I am trying to pay the bill, the 'rewards' thing doesn't show up as a payment method ? What kind of BS is this ? the vi support folks are clueless about Rewards 😭😭

Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare .. got an activated International roaming plan from India with such high rates for Europe. I was assured that It will work. But following up for 4 hrs. Having airport issues due to connectivity/ 3 cancelled taxies because of non availability
