@ViCustomerCare Check DM Pincode 303005 Village Chakwara Is there no generator system in the network in my area? Because the network is connected but when the electricity goes out, it is completely gone. Probably because it happens only when the electricity goes out.

Customer service is great even after requesting them multiple time not to close the complaint they will blindly close the case without any resolution

Vodafone-Idea is the most pathetic service provider. They bill for the same services twice, on complaint they commit the wave off of wrong bill and confirm over call, then do a backtrack. How would this fraud go, @ViCustomerCare, and how far? Not with me. I am fed-up!
