    @VodafoneIN heed this deep and heed this well. Your 4g service at Sikkim is slower than 2g service of other providers. If u don't update yourself.. market shall be too cruel to you. Please.. do something

    @ViCustomerCare Please don't show mercy or pity to vi network. No one will save the network from bankruptcy because there are not giving proper network. Each and every time they only think for raising the tariffs. The day when they think for raising the strength of the network , then vi cherish

    @ViCustomerCare Just now talked to the supervisor twice . They come up with universal strategy. Like giving universal answer like we are taking feedback about the issuse , I am reporting the issue , we are planning a tower soon etc what a strategy ..Johar johar

    @ViCustomerCare Issue resolved....got my balance refunded....one small request that please don't deduct the balance of the people who recharge with your basic pack i.w. 49/- or 79/-...they recharge it only for validity and giving a miss call to relatives for small talk. Thanks 👍

    @ViCustomerCare I was worried about the reply given by the supervisors , it make customers to port to other network. They are like petrol to the fire .very little people are there in vi , which care about the network.
