    @ViCustomerCare Tired of following after your team. Internet not working even after multiple recharges. And the Vi app just makes things worse rather than helping. All agents reply with, " we do not have authority". I don't know where all there authority is concentrated.

    @JioCare doesn't have USSD service while @ViCustomerCare and @airtelindia has and it helps send money and recieve money without internet.

    @ViCustomerCare been using Vodafone since 2007 but you guys are becoming worse. I'm not able to recieve any sms on my number and am told it'll be resolved within an hour everytime I call you. All my OTPs come on the same and my payments are getting delayed. Awful service.
