    Dear Vi, Why we need to pay โ‚น150 to the retailers for upgrading our old Vodafone and Idea SIM to new Vi 4G SIM? I got a confirmation that there is no charges for upgrading and switching pre paid to post paid and wise versa from your customer care team. @ViCustomerCare

    Why don't you remove all recharge plans and give us single plan like a landline. In previous days we keep landline and we pay same amount for that on monthly basis. No changes and no problem with that. @ViCustomerCare
