    Shame on @ViCustomerCare! I was lured from @Airtel_Presence with false promises. After porting, Vi demanded extra IR charges per number, pushing my bill from โ‚น999+GST to โ‚น1355+GST for fewer benefits. Complaint closed. Appellate ignored. This is cheating, not business. @TRAI
