If you call the customer care from above the speed of Vi 4G, then it will remain the same for the next 7 days, saying that the call is cut, finally tell where there is no option to complain about your problem and how can anyone stay there? @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare #idea Customers are not attended when complaints registered and phone calls are always unreceived by you. Due to your incapability to resolve issues U forced to me put this on Twitter.. If faced similar issues again I will have to consider porting.

@ViCustomerCare I m your Vi post paid customer. Little changes in your Vi channels I observed today. I m a regular viewer CNBC TV 18 which I m unable to find in your news list. Pls get it back else . We are a team of 200 members using Vi would be forced to opt for portability.
