    @ViCustomerCare you are lying by saying that my problem of not getting OTP's has been resolved. I just now tried but failed to get any OTP. I tried to lodge complaint on 198 but lady was adamant to prove me wrong. Mind it that MY PROBLEM IS FOR NOT GETTING OTP'S & NOT ABOUT SMS.

    @ViCustomerCare Never go for Vi I bought two numbers from VI STORE JYOTI CHOWK, JALANDHAR CITY on 3rd Nov 2021. But didn't get any network on both Sim cards to call 59059 for verification. Still NO NETWORK on both Sim cards. Feeling very harassed due to such poor service by Vi to his consumer.
