Hi @ViCustomerCare, you could not give proper customer service even after visiting your store. A simple issue like sim exchange and activation of SIM is not done, and as per your customer care I need to visit the store again as the previous request got canceled. Pathetic

@ViCustomerCare I never been clicked on any OK or any sort of activation for services.Its becomes a habit that my balance got deducted even at very unusual time sometime it happens at 1 AM sometimes at 6 AM in the morning. Please refund the entire deducted amount or else need to look for options

@ViCustomerCare Raised and SR for data related issue couple of time. Got a call from customer care, everytime call get disconnected from customer care side after the opening verbiage. And later I receive sms informing that tried calling me but no ans.
