@varmahemanshu @ViCustomerCare I had the same experience many times with Vi. I kept Main balance in my Vi a/c for emergency purposes. Every alternative day some random service activated and surprisingly the Main balance got deducted. This is some tactic to how to get customers' money if they do not recharge.

@SatanAtWink I was also @ViCustomerCare postpaid user but after 90 days, i ported out in #Jio just because of poor network. A lot of call drops & just 500 kb/s to 700 kb/s 4g speed in Jodhpur Rajasthan. If this is the reality of city areas then imagine network awailitiby in rural areas

@ViCustomerCare Vi is Worst kind of network nowadays they have literally everykind of pack like combopack,unlmtd pack,talktimepack,datapack even bingewatchpack,d+hotstar,callertunepack,sportpack,contestpack&what not but they have became so"vile"that they don't have SMS pack very shity business.
