pvv (@PralhadVernekar) reported@ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?

My primary number received call from your customer care and even after saying I want to remove the number. The customer care said it'll be resolved and and me back in the family plan. I want resolution for this.
