@ViCustomerCare Hey! U provide with a weekend rollover option for my Vi Prepaid plan but even on weekends & @ nights your data network is so pathetic tht I cant use my accumulated data. In the last week,many times your network symbol on my phone ws showing E instead of 4G! Wtf r u doin abt it?🤬

@ViCustomerCare @mr_david_sarkar I'm also facing network issues from the last 3months I was getting 35 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload but now no 4G coverage only 3G and 4 Mbps speeds and 5 Mbps upload Customer Care and appellates say that best network is provided.I use Vodafone from 10yrs.PleaseHelpVi Trustyou
