I have been facing network issues since 28/08 and they have logged around 8 complaints and also complained on National Consumer Helpline but their legal department is also time pass. Take care, if you are taking any long plan like of 3 months. No compensation system!!

Looks like @VodafoneIN is about to close shop. They have adopted the motto 'Happy Not to Help'. Their customer service says something on call, response on email is different and their stores are clueless all the more. Difficult to continue with such a lousy operator...

@ViCustomerCare I am telling in advance that my post paid bill due date is for tomorrow and I am not going to pay it. I am not using your services as no signal is there from Feb2020 onwards and still paying bills. I have already raised 5 complaints without resolution.

@ViCustomerCare I have done everything network like jio which is launched few years back is getting strong network but since 5 year I am facing this issue now will port this number evry month I am recharging with 250 299 waste hai check my last 10 months usages of your network
