    @ViCustomerCare Please be informed that the VI network in and around the Hugli area, Bandel, Pin-712104 West Bengal is extremely poor for the last week. Incoming & outgoing Calls are getting disconnected and breaking very often. You are requested to rectify the glitch ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare My issue is pending since 2 months now with the appellate team and no resolution so far. The collection team can connect me through whatsapp but your appellate team cannot reach.
