    @ViCustomerCare Hey @vicustomercare can you just look at pin code 508218 there is no indoor coverage, The main drawback was Vi indoor coverage please quickly fix it otherwise we switch to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 ….. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

    Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
