    @ViCustomerCare, I am afraid to inform that calling customer care 3 times on regular interval of 2 days issue is still pending. Amount got deducted from my number without my consent and on 19th April 2021, customer care said that in next 24 hrs I will receive the deducted amount

    @ViCustomerCare All my concerns are there in with my SR no,mentioned in the screenshot. Briefly,I'm living almost in the centre of AgraCity,I'm facing very bad experience with your network speed and even not able to make a voice call,some times voice is breaking and drops automatically
