    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI Let me Expose you now. Vi Store is in next building to me. ur employees here get coverage; customers don't. u've hideously implemented differential network speed for prime customers vis a vis prepaid customers. Moreover, if coverage is poor, compensate me.

    @ViCustomerCare I m postpaid customer with 2 add on.i have visited so many times to Vi store, sent mails & reminders to cust care. But u have the worst cust care support in whole industry. U don't even respond to any mail or complain. Porting to airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare One of the worsts cellular brand !!! Tried to activate my sim from a showroom and they took 100rs for first time and then still not activated and when i went next time then asking for more 50 rs and asking to come next day always !!! Horrible service from VI !

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ConsumerCourt_ vi is very very poor service provider and I suggest to my all friends don't use vi sim very bad experience with vi my all recharge are waste too much call drop nd internet speed is like 2g not able to browse any website.
