@ViCustomerCare Using vodafone for 10 years,Still didnot get required support from service centre.They were unable to provide a physical sim as a replacement for an e-sim of a non working phone.Such service will force us to terminate our assosiation with vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare I receive more than 10 SMS everyday that either my service is disconnected or connected again. But response from Vi care is next to zero. You guys play on validity but don’t even showcase which Rc would bring the validity back. Pathetic!!!
