    @VodafoneIN very poor network..no customer value dont take any steps. Cant even browse or send msg via WhatsApp..leave apart streaming anything

    @ViCustomerCare goodbye. It has been wonderful to be ur loyal customer for 10+ years. Ported out the last no of my family of 10 members. Imagine u lost not 10 customers but multiplication of that… Ur network is like #RahulGandhi . Be like #narenderamodi .

    @VodafoneIN I think your network in Aligarh is on Ventilator for last few days. 4G is totally absent and even 3G is in on/off mode. Hooe Corona is not responsible for this. Irony is I am tweeting this by borrowing hotspot from Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare this is happenning since last 8+ years. Steps : Complaint would be raised. Customer care will call d say we are working to improve netwokr and blah blah.. request closed. calls, OTP etc are **** with the network @TRAI

    @rohini_sgh @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Here in Aligarh too @airtelindia network is worse. We students spend a great deal of our pocket money on costly recharges still the network speed is very poor. Thankfully I have access to free University WiFi but I feel for those who don't.

    @VodafoneIN This is a new excuse for u nw..I've called u a hundred times regarding d intrnt services and yet the problem hasn't been resolved..it's like surfing 2G with your 4G..its better to quit now and switch over other network

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI u guys a very good in prompt responses, but worst in network coverage. Raised concerns so many times but netwrok doesn’t improve. useless network

    @VodafoneIN no 4g coverage for the last 5 days. Cant use internet on my phone...very poor service of Vodafone..called customer care no response..they dont know anything..no help from customer care

    Dear @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Aren't u guys checking ur android app. available on Google playstore. It's the worst app to use.The slowest.(takes more than 2 min. to open) It would be better if u find a solution or remove it from playstore. #BachiKuchiIzzatBachaLo

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.
