    @VodafoneIN I think your network in Aligarh is on Ventilator for last few days. 4G is totally absent and even 3G is in on/off mode. Hooe Corona is not responsible for this. Irony is I am tweeting this by borrowing hotspot from Airtel

    Dear @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Aren't u guys checking ur android app. available on Google playstore. It's the worst app to use.The slowest.(takes more than 2 min. to open) It would be better if u find a solution or remove it from playstore. #BachiKuchiIzzatBachaLo

    @rohini_sgh @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Here in Aligarh too @airtelindia network is worse. We students spend a great deal of our pocket money on costly recharges still the network speed is very poor. Thankfully I have access to free University WiFi but I feel for those who don't.

    @VodafoneIN This is a new excuse for u nw..I've called u a hundred times regarding d intrnt services and yet the problem hasn't been resolved..it's like surfing 2G with your 4G..its better to quit now and switch over other network

    @VodafoneIN no 4g coverage for the last 5 days. Cant use internet on my phone...very poor service of Vodafone..called customer care no response..they dont know anything..no help from customer care

    @ViCustomerCare how many times do one have to call customer care for false charges for Handset inbuilt games, games world, Telsync games, who the hell plays that, I never open, we have to stay on call for >10 mins and reversal is done in 72 hours. Not a one-time, at least once-a-month case? why?

    Useless and pathetic service given by @ViCustomerCare Paid the bill just one day after due date, its been 24 hours and the pre announcement hasnt been removed yet. Customer care told to remove sim and check still its not gone, and now theyre telling it will take 2 days more

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic speed and response here as well. Everytime new exec responds with same questions again and again without reading earlier information. Never experienced such a highest level of exploitation for explaining same simple thing since last 3 days

    @ViCustomerCare I went to their VimanNagar store at 18:30 and it was closed when the official timings are till 19:00. The customer care agents are not helpful at all since they do not have any information and suggested that I look for another vi store. 2/3
