We students spend a great deal of our pocket money on costly recharges still the network speed is very poor. Thankfully I have access to free University WiFi but I feel for those who don't.

Minimum courtesy should be shown to a loyal customer who lost his/her phone and now can’t activate the number. This is a deplorable state that your customer service is in.

You can download net monster app and see 5g is showing disconnected
