    @GargMansei @ViCustomerCare What the FU*K!!! I was also harrassed by Vodafone. Their services are so poor, network are so poor. When I was using Vodafone service I also went Vodafone store my time's. Always they guyzz told me we have IT issue. So I finally decided to switch my operator.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, it seems that you have no real intention of resolving my 4G issue. Raised my first complaint about this on 21/03/2021 and nothing has changed since. Seems you don’t care enough to try to retain an old customer. Happy to port out. Thanks for all the fish.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about the Internet speed issue from quite a few months on app. But no resolution is provided. Though I receive call from CCare, but they always seem in a hurry to wrap up the call and speak in same scripted tone. Please2 look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare Can some1 plz help me out?Yesterday was d due date of my bill!No one is bothered to call d customer!I am not going to pay extra amnt n don't evn try to add late fee charges!I had raised my issue since d bill has been generated!Plz do d needful or else I should port my number!

    What is the procedure for portability with in 2 months @ViCustomerCare . I'm fed up with your internet network, very poor service when other networks are trying for 5G. U still working on 2G. I ported my number from @Airtel_Presence for better network, but in vain..

    @ViCustomerCare This is my address Village: Tarsarai, District: Darbhanga Bihar.. and I stay just 10 feet away from your (Vodafone) network tower... I'm complaining about this for the last 35 days...
