    @ViCustomerCare there are 4 vi sim card in my family and we all are got frustrated with your less than 100 kbps speed. i'm getting 4gb data per day but can't even use 1gb. i raised a complaint on vi app but nothing happened. now i'm understanding why people are switching to jio.

    Never buy a sim card of #vodafoneidea the internet speed is worst and irritate a lot dont waste your money I am filling a case in consumer court for not providing me the service for the money I have given for services @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneindia I've raised the concern again and and again to please close my number and account but no, I received another bill instead. So disappointed. Will never recommend voda to anyone. 😡

    I am a postpaid customer of VI but today all services has been stopped so i talked to @ViCustomerCare and they said visit near by vi store to increase creadit limit but the store person denied tho help at the store they said company is going to shut down soon @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare Got to write. Pratap frm my nearby Vi gallery went out of his way to help me. I'd an eve flight, he came to my locatn, ensured my new sim ws activated managed everything frm his end. I'm really impressed w his knowledge about the process & unexpected +ve exp I went thru.Just Wow!
