@ViCustomerCare there are 4 vi sim card in my family and we all are got frustrated with your less than 100 kbps speed. i'm getting 4gb data per day but can't even use 1gb. i raised a complaint on vi app but nothing happened. now i'm understanding why people are switching to jio.

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday, 49 was deducted for some random service "mydala". Then today callertune got activated and 99 deducted. I never activated any such services. How can you deduct money from my prepaid account without my consent ? Please clarify how these got activated.
