    @ViCustomerCare there are 4 vi sim card in my family and we all are got frustrated with your less than 100 kbps speed. i'm getting 4gb data per day but can't even use 1gb. i raised a complaint on vi app but nothing happened. now i'm understanding why people are switching to jio.

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Chechar, Patna (Bihar). There is no 5G network in my area, while Jio and Airtel are already providing 5G services. I have a 5G phone but cannot use it due to no 5G coverage. Please install a 5G tower or improve network as soon as possible.

    i have been using my vodafone sim for the past 11 years. recently, i received a request to complete kyc verification for my number. i would like to inform you that this SIM was purchased around 7 years ago from a retailer who is no longer available. Please help @ViCustomerCare
