    @Airtel_Presence This @Airtel_Presence provide pathetic service. Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. Beter to port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN which is better than this Airtel guys.

    Hello team, Why is that I have to travel for the whole 20 km to port my sim from postpaid to prepaid. It is an hassle to the customer and the way your customer representatives speak is worse. It is recommended that you train them on this. Please check this issue. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Come on yaar @VodafoneIN, Solve my issue. You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. Twitter became my only source to complain.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar... Keen to know if your operations team really exist because if yes than I believe 10 complaints and 15 phone calls were enough for them to resolve the issue when your customer is in roaming @ViCustomerCare.
