It was expected anyway that you would directly transfer the onus on bank app even before investigating the issue.. Pathetic services.. This is the reason why Vi is losing customers daily

This isn’t a small issue this shows poor system updates and untrained staff. How can a major operator function like this? No wonder customers lose trust. #KYC
