    I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India HI team the service of vodafone very worst continuosly this is the 3rd month all my balance has been deducted without initimation, if we contact them the info is to contact them within 24 hrs of deduction , how do we know i dont undestand so stupidity

    @VodafoneIN Come on yaar @VodafoneIN, Solve my issue. You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. Twitter became my only source to complain.

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    Hello team, Why is that I have to travel for the whole 20 km to port my sim from postpaid to prepaid. It is an hassle to the customer and the way your customer representatives speak is worse. It is recommended that you train them on this. Please check this issue. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I don't want to get in touch. Vi is PURE FRAUD. Not giving proper service, not addressing complaints and then you have the audacity to harass me for payments for services that you have not rendered in the first place. Any more spam calls & I'll see Vi in the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare i stopped my paygo service on 5 may, but still added ₹260 data charges+ ₹100 penalty extra GST amount. May i why are doing this and also the customer care team doesn't give a proper answer related to this. waive off charge and generate the new bill accordingly
