    Hello team, Why is that I have to travel for the whole 20 km to port my sim from postpaid to prepaid. It is an hassle to the customer and the way your customer representatives speak is worse. It is recommended that you train them on this. Please check this issue. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Your network is so poor here that you may not be able to speak with me. Unfortunately all of us in the family are burdened with Vodafone mobiles. So alt number will be of no use. In any acse this is not the first time I have complained. I don't expect any miracles from you either

    @Airtel_Presence This @Airtel_Presence provide pathetic service. Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. Beter to port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN which is better than this Airtel guys.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare just got a call from a rep who heard me out, claimed she only had the power to sign me up for a new plan and not to resolve any issues. May this thread serve as incredible testimony to Vi's ineptness. Need someone with the ability to RESOLVE a WRONGFUL CHARGE.
