@Airtel_Presence This @Airtel_Presence provide pathetic service. Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. Beter to port to @JioCare or @VodafoneIN which is better than this Airtel guys.

@ViCustomerCare not solving billing dispute of my postpaid number....and also when i spoke to the customer care executive he said that i have subscribed to caller tunes and downloaded a game fir which i was charged extra amount... I did not do this things

@ViCustomerCare Why do i have 2 hear d entire covid msg b4 making any call? Der’s no point hearing d msg 100 times in a day before my call can get connected to any recipient. Jio and airtel both have stopped it, why can’t u?? This causes serious problems in case of emergencies
