@ViCustomerCare This is unacceptable service. After recharging with ₹179, I’m not receiving SMS/OTPs. Because of this I’m locked out of mobile banking, EPF, and unable to do transactions. A telecom network blocking OTPs in 2026 is a joke. Enough is enough — decided to port out.
