    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Mobile balance is reduced without intimation , no reason even customer care is not responding properly since last 4 months same thing is being repeated

    I ported to @airtelindia from @VodafoneIN for better network connectivity. To my surprise, my sim is not working after activating it successfully from past 2 days. No help from the customer service of @Airtel_Presence Seems I made a bad deal.

    Hey @idea_cares so your customer care agent told me that bcoz of merge between @VodafoneIN and @Idea the internet issue is occurring and it will be resolved in 2 hours. So what should I do now coz since 11th Sep 2019 I'm facing same issue.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India HI team the service of vodafone very worst continuosly this is the 3rd month all my balance has been deducted without initimation, if we contact them the info is to contact them within 24 hrs of deduction , how do we know i dont undestand so stupidity

    @VodafoneIN Better to start prepaid plans only with Unlimited Calling. Never I have seen 4G network on my mobile..frequent call disconnect and hardly connects to other mobiles..Time To Port

    @ViCustomerCare Without SMS facility what is the use of your connection. It would be better removing the SMS (outgoing) facility in small recharge plan give 5 to 10 SMS facility for emergency use. As all know now a day less consumers are using SMS facility all give preference to WhatsApp.

    What happened to you mr. @ViCustomerCare constantly call drop aur abb call nahi lagri na , mera phone out of reach bata raha hai caller ko.aur internet ki dikkat aur complaint kar kar ke main thak chuka hu . Neither you all are providing good service nor improving it.
