    @ViCustomerCare I experienced the worst network ever .... even can't open an app, don't know what's wrong with its connection..the network gets disconnected midway ...it's very frustrating 😠

    @ViCustomerCare Worst Customer Support and Untrained staff at your Dombivli West Centre. My SIM was disconnectd without any reason & whn asking for SIM replacement they are forcing to Get Another Connection so that OTP can come for activation & they firmly claim its Std practice

    @ViCustomerCare I have restarted my phone 10 times, reinserted the sim twice, same issue, no bank otp coming, net is running at god knows what speed, please have a look at your network! My # is 99207-19572.

    @ViCustomerCare I am from raipur.i have been facing network issue for last month. In night network is good but in afternoon network is slow more than 2g. I reported this issu to costomer care on 3-4-2021 BUT STILL THIS PROBLEM. can I get any help from here?

    @ViCustomerCare Chose a different canned response at least. No calls, no emails, no DMs. You guys are setting a new bar for pathetic support. Usually people need professional training to reach this level.

    @ViCustomerCare what kind of pathetic service provider is Vi, they don't even allow there customer to port out..what the hell 9026367404 I have no dues and I've paid 500 advance then also they are not allowing me to port out. I am trying this from last 2 months.
