    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service from vodafone went to store to get sim changed to nano was told will be activated in 3 hrs but was not activated after 5 hrs. At store they said call Cutomer care . Customer care is saying visit store

    @ViCustomerCare Last month I was in Jibhi area of Himachal Pradesh. My spouse is using a VI number and her number was without network for almost 25 days although all other providers like Jio, Airtel etc were providing 4G services with high data speed. The same happened in 2019 also.

    @ViCustomerCare customer care person is saying that vodafone gallery has not done processing properly so who is to blame for it. This things are happening repeatedly

Nobody from ur team even bothered to contact.I understand that there is no technical issue.Rather u have barred my outgoing SMS service.I have an unlimited pack valid till July.I even have purchased additional sms pack but no headway @jagograhakjago @DeptConsumerAff

    @ViCustomerCare Your after sales service is pathetic...Your man at store give bluff and I have visited store for 3rd time for my plan change request but at the end what I get is nothing....I think...I made big mistake by changing my number into postpaid with VI.

    I was a regular @reliancejio customer but decided to test my another service provider @ViCustomerCare and I must say that @ViCustomerCare is the worst than anyother. The internet doesn't work anywhere in my house. I even have complained to the customer care for which they said
