    The network problem has been the same in my area for the past several years. It is very wrong to advertise that we are adding a 100 towers every hour. @ViCustomerCare has been in the same place where the tower is for many years. The network is available within that same radius.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare yesterday suddenly the network of my Vi sim disappears. I thought it was a temporary problem but it still did not come back. It seems that no sim card is inserted in my device. It shows that the sim 2 slot is empty. Tried with different devices.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea just went ahead and banned my running idea number. Just like that! Without any fault. No prior information, nothing. The number was registered everywhere, with banks, ids. What the hell am i supposed to do now? And when i reached out to them, they refused to help.
