    @ViCustomerCare DnD is to stop receiving unwanted promotional messages. I've that activated. But I'm getting too many promotional messages from Vi itself on daily basis. What to do? Your system doesn't allow complaint against it either.

    I am having serious doubts on whether @ViCustomerCare will be able to survive the Indian market anymore. Even their social media executives are disconnecting the call without listening to the customer. Seriously low grade cheap service from your social media executive tanpreet.

    Hi, @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @JioCare I was using airtel my wifi dongle for my office purposes but now it has become extremely slow and no operater is available to help me with cable service.. If any of you could help I would be extremely grateful. My pin code is 581346.

    @ViCustomerCare The network came in for like 10 minutes and it's gone again. Also I didn't any assistance even after DMing my number. Time to port from Vi maybe?
