    @ViCustomerCare your app is such a waste that one cannot book complaint on it. On tapping "raise a complaint" it shows ways to make payment. Where are you heading ? A complete collapse ?

    @JohnYou70346710 @ViCustomerCare I have raised a complaint as well against fraudulent person for misguide. Let's see how @ViCustomerCare take action on that. You do a business with ethics and compliance. You offered me deals to retain, was a genuine approach but to mislead me with fake info is definitely breach.

    Day 7 and still counting. @ViCustomerCare closed the complaint without resolving & stating some lame & frivolous reason. They have no process or whatsoever in chasing complaints and there is disconnect between their customer care & back end team.

    Amount is around INR280/-. I wasn’t aware @ViCustomerCare charges such a huge amount for MNP. I never faced such kind of problems with @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare It has been 10 days and International roaming is still not active. This tweet is regarding complaint number har-v00368106674. Very frustrating. Pls let me know when this issue will be fixed? Your customer service phone line is not helpful at all. I am waiting!
