    @ViCustomerCare @dineshpatel080 Do not ever switch to vodafone now these guys have started stealing for their gains, deducting balance by activating VAS without approval or consent and when you complain they will put a blame saying you availed the service

    @ViCustomerCare Always signal shows E in my home. What is the purpose to use of VI connection tell me. Every time we recharged for 84days.I complained twice of this year but no any action. Just make call and told that our technical team check your area. Signal is perfect. How can u judge.

    There’s widespread talk in the market about @ViCustomerCare going through financial trouble. Bhai…don’t blame the Government. We are willing to pay our bills but you are intent on ‘waiving’ the charges! Why would I say no to such generosity?

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send SMS from my Vi no. Registered complaint, nothing happens. Recharged with severals packs, nothing happens. What is wrong with you all? Please stop eating money from customer's pocket. I want a refund. Also, your customer care is ill-informed.
