    If you’re in Himmatnagar, Gujarat and planning to switch to VI SIM card then don’t do it, it so worse that I’m tired of raising complaints and today their executive applied for sim deactivation without my consent. @ViCustomerCare so pathetic service! Don’t port to Vi

    I am in good network zone. On the same device Airtel and Jio works as 5G+ but Vi works only 4G. Only yesterday i ported Vi to experience its network. I am already regretting it. Calls are dripping, 5G not working. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare. Details and screenshots shared in DM

    @ViCustomerCare This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. I've already paid for the service but haven't received the SIM. Please look into this urgently and either deliver my SIM immediately or provide a proper resolution. I can share my order details via DM. #Vi #MNP #CustomerService

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, ₹854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you
