    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I applied for port out request. Your customer care firstly declined saying it is family plan and when I delinked the other phone number via VI app as separate connection, it has been pending for over two weeks. Why should I pay bill despite not using?

    @ViCustomerCare It has now been more than 2 months, yet nothing has changed. When I asked why the new site has still not been installed, I was simply told that another visit would be arranged, and the call was disconnected. Now I have again received a message saying my complaint has been closed

    I have a post paid connection with international roaming pack but this is highly irritating and frustrating that every time we travel abroad the international roaming service is not working. Even the number is not showing any signal. Can you please look into it. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI

    I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare
