    @ViCustomerCare all this time I was thinking having a corporate connection of Vi was a privilege. Today, I am enlightened that CUG Plans are just namesake and all crap. A service for a prepaid customer that would need less than five minutes will take over 24 hours for a corporate

    @ViCustomerCare Lip service is all you get, they investigate for 15 days & when you push them they check the bill & read it out & say it is all valid & I feel did I just waste my 15 days for such botched investigation, thank God they are not in charge of Policing or investigation

    @ViCustomerCare How does a postpaid customer get different Monthly Charges for last 3 months? To add to that your customer care agents have no clue what is happening and only promise that in the next month cycle it will be taken care. Cycle repeats again! Time to switch!
