    @ViCustomerCare i am unable to use internet at the aera i am living. i had complained alot but problem not solved yet. its being more than 6 months. worst service ever.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My father put in a network porting request as there is a issue frequent call drops and network failure in our area. He has been bombarded with more than 15 calls from VI customer service to not port. please stop harassing senior citizens with such nuisance.

    @ViCustomerCare You are the worst service provider. How can you block my grandma's mobile number which have been using as primary sim from last 6 years. When I went to Vi service center the guy told me that vi requires the account holder who is 85 years and bedridden to appear
