    @ViCustomerCare Now vi deducting data without use. I used earlier plans of 1.5gb per day data and never end. Now i am using 2gb per day plan and couldn't longer a day.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , your network has become unusable in my area.Poor signal (1 bar), frequent call drops,and extremely slow internet for the last several days. Despite repeated complaints, nothing has improved. Please resolve this urgently or I'll escalate the matter to @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ConsumerCom Please restore my recharge after the ownership transfer or provide compensation. Otherwise, I'll port to Airtel and file a complaint with the consumer forum. I hope Vi resolves this fairly.

    @ViCustomerCare is been two weeks and still no answer. I'm am unable to get upc code since you delivered the sim late. Refund my money I don't want your network anymore.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, The network at Shree Balaji Tower, Lucknow is extremely slow. Internet speed is poor, and despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no permanent resolution. I'm completely frustrated now. Please look into this issue urgently andimprove the network

    No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @VodafoneGroup in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare Instead of calling me, why don’t you simply deliver the SIM to me, why do a new customer has to chase you for 2 days. Do you want a new customer to experience this. Please you need to seriously introspect.
