Justin replied saying if JIO CALL APP showing offline and dont receive any sms or unable to make calls then its not network fault. some say my phone has VOLTE . Anything they will say because they r PIGs

    I am an existing user whose sim suddenly stopped working and requested for a new sim and this happens. WTF. At least give me an option to port to some other networks without going through the trouble of going through this again. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Service 'Re. 1 Store - 7 days' is getting activated without any request. Even after opting out of service, again getting activated. Seems like some auto activation of service. Please look in to this matter and resolve the issue.
