    @ViCustomerCare my wife is stuck overseas with your sim not working. She had subscribed to Vodafone international roaming plan and paid advance security deposit. The Vodafone support services have proved useless and app is not showing international roaming data. Help SOS

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service. No recharge plan available to increase only validity. Customer support doesn't help. You provide plan for gaming but not for validity.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to inform you that vi network is not stable from today morning it's continuously switching 2g ,3g , 4g and sometimes no signal Ground floor chhittuput varanasi pin 221005 near bhu gate. Kindly request you to fix it as soon as possible.
