    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI Team, Today I received my postpaid bill, I checked the bill and found that you have added a value added service charge of Rs.6 and Miscellaneous charges(Amazon Prime Subscription) of Rs. 1270.33.

    @ViCustomerCare Welcome to VI india!! Paid for three month advance (pre-paid) than no internet service for more than 1 week. And no resolve by VI India. Disappointed services by Vodafone Idea.

    @ViCustomerCare There was very bad network where i live !! Suddenly network are good bt suddenly are bad very bad call problm and there are so much internet connection problem why then onece are good network thn keep remain same network

    @ViCustomerCare this is the result of internet speed test by ookla, & if i m not wrong this is the app who consider Vi mobile network fastest internet speed So here you can see real result, thanks for support, which is you not doing properly

    @ViCustomerCare how to convert from postpaid to prepaid because your vodfone store in vip road zirakpur is not helping at all and very poor service provider , kindly take some action against it
