    @Uppolice @dgpup @Uppolice @UPGovt Can you please confirm how long there is restriction over mobile internet as my @JioCare is not working but as per friends there @VodafoneIN and @Airtel_Presence are working. As per my info there is restriction upto 8PM 25/12/2019 pls confirm.

    @VodafoneIN as regarding network and data speed. I think you guys charges for data are most expensive among all telicom companies but your service sucks. I didn't get data speed. As always you guys make phone calls after registering complain and don't ask for coustomer review.

    @ViCustomerCare I have complained not once but 3 times, but the net is slow, I am crazy, I am complaining again and again, today I have both my sims, both postpaid and prepaid. Like you, I am useless, every time I tell, I complain, you are shameless.

    @VodafoneIN please improve your services at 226020 as it has been only 2 days since porting into your network an I am facing serious network device issues, frequent call drop and frequent E symbol while using internet. I won’t be able to continue further please look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?
