I think you guys charges for data are most expensive among all telicom companies but your service sucks. I didn't get data speed. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.

My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.
