@ViCustomerCare First I was told that the service will start in 4 hours, then another 4 hours, then 24 hours after that, now they are saying that it will take 96 hours. This is taking a lot of time and I am having a lot of trouble.

@ViCustomerCare , I have raised complaints regarding your poor n/w connectivity In March 25 and since then a visit was done by Network team who agreed there is issue with N/W and Optimization for N/W need to be done then your exec called and said it can be samsung headset issue..

Lost my SIM en route to Canada. Chasing @ViCustomerCare for 1 month for transfer of ownership. Store says request rejected as my SIM had no email ID. If email is mandatory, why wasn't it taken when SIM was issued? All docs submitted—still no help. I need my number back urgently.
