    @VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are provinding pathetic internet service in the area. You are not providing even 2G in the name of 4G. Need to port to @VodafoneIN or @Idea if you won't improve this soon.

    @ViCustomerCare our data services have been stopped since 4pm in area pin code 444005 .... No resolution for 12hrs ... Same happened. A week ago ... vi is not reliable when it comes to service Pls resolve ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare First I was told that the service will start in 4 hours, then another 4 hours, then 24 hours after that, now they are saying that it will take 96 hours. This is taking a lot of time and I am having a lot of trouble.

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to customer care since two days. I tried all the numbers 12345, -98 & 9844012345. I just getting that irritating bal history that’s it. I am unable to send any message? How to report? Your service is so pathetic. Seriously

    @ViCustomerCare , I have raised complaints regarding your poor n/w connectivity In March 25 and since then a visit was done by Network team who agreed there is issue with N/W and Optimization for N/W need to be done then your exec called and said it can be samsung headset issue..

    Lost my SIM en route to Canada. Chasing @ViCustomerCare for 1 month for transfer of ownership. Store says request rejected as my SIM had no email ID. If email is mandatory, why wasn't it taken when SIM was issued? All docs submitted—still no help. I need my number back urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been charged extra in my recent bill for value-added services that were auto-renewed without my consent. Also, I’ve not received my final bill after porting to another network. Please look into this urgently and resolve. #VodafoneIdea #BillingIssue
