@VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

@Idea ,@idea_cares ,@VodafoneIN Very poor network coverage in my area. network fluctuation take place after one or two minutes causing disconnect the internet again and again. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

@ViCustomerCare As you say that there is not enough Network coverage in our area. But I would like to tell you that we have 3 Vodafone users at our home. Still out 3 only 1 person is facing that problem. As I'm fully aware that Network providers earn money from the call received on their network

@ViCustomerCare It's the THIRD day today when I don't have my mobile data working. Despite MULTIPLE complaints/ DMs/ calls, there has been NO resolution from your end. Expect better customer service after a decade+ of using the network.

@ViCustomerCare help with recharging. I tried multiple times from vi app. When i click on vi logo appears n goes . Nothing happens ,i am not redirected anywhere. N now it says you tried more than three times.. I want to recharge with 449 plan which after coupon goes to 399. Help.
