Dear @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are provinding pathetic internet service in the area. You are not providing even 2G in the name of 4G. Need to port to @VodafoneIN or @Idea if you won't improve this soon.

@ViCustomerCare I visited the mini store for sim reissuance of my number 8795303927 and was charged Rs 60 but the sim never got activated. The phone number provided by store for communication was never answered even after 50 calls & After multiple visits i was bluntly asked to visit other store.

I emailed @ViCustomerCare but got no response. So I visited the Laxmi Nagar store—they couldn't fix the issue and offered a new SIM. I clearly requested prepaid, but they issued a postpaid SIM without informing me. This isn't a mistake—it’s a betrayal of trust. Shameful.
