    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday i visited VI store for my update my surname and address for my prepaid they told me i need to get postpaid and then revert to prepaid after 3 months which seems fishy as i dont want postpaid. As a customer cant i just update KYC simply from app why is there this thing

    @TRAI From past few months I have been harassed with porting calls from @ViCustomerCare on a daily basis, at times thrice a day. I requested them to delete my number from their promotional database but no action yet. Pls advice course of action to raise a complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team, Outgoing call on my VI postpaid number is barred. Even VI customer care unable to resolve it. Pls look into this matter
