    @ViCustomerCare So #myVI support team tells me to re-submit my proofs in order to correct an error in the billing address which they made during KYC process when I ported to VI. Why can't they correct a simple spelling error. This is not change in address! @TRAI @BandBajaateRaho

    @ViCustomerCare Your network services is so poor, need to turn on flight mode every minute to get the internet speed, need to call someone to restore the speed of internet, for what service you are charging u.s not even getting voice quality during calls. @TRAI please see this

    Some connected to the senior and they said they will Update me but none were capable of solving my issue. Every Executive was in a Rush and was trying to delegate to others. This was my worst experience and i think its time to switch to better Options @vodafone @ViCustomerCare
