    @ViCustomerCare Why do you release shady updates within the app itself. Release in the play store itself. After I updated VI app although the internet is giving trash speed rn it's not working at all. do something quick about this.

    @ViCustomerCare after more than 3days they guys are still working & even they haven't call me for a single time till now...while on d other hand @airtelindia is solving problems in less than 24hrs vodafoneidea is unable to solve on 72+hrs... amazing

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi team! Need to escalate a issue. I have called the customer care supprt yesterday 25th at around 5:10 pm and the executive ms. Rupa. She *** very rude and misbehaved. Need escalation on this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I have had an appalling exp with you. I have not been able to call members in my plan for the past 20 days. Your ppl have had me run pillar to post. The plan includes my senior citizen parents and in case of emergency I will not be able to call, kindly resolve!!!

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 It has been over 2mths i have port postpaid no to prepaid,ever since then i'm annoyed with the network issue. my no. is not working since 2mths,everytym dey replace the card. My latest req no.MNG-V00496333702. Do the needful.
