    @ViCustomerCare I am a high AOV customer, and I want you to survive the battle. people are pinging me on Whatsapp, that your mobile is switched-Off/ unavailable, while there is nothing wrong with it. Tried changing handset, prblm is with you or VI!

    2 times in 2 days @ViCustomerCare has automatically activated caller tunes on my phone and I was left with 0 balance. In a time of emergency, we do not have extra minutes to do another recharge. I believe sinking Vodafone is doing this fraud on a large scale. @TRAI @sakshijoshii
