@ViCustomerCare hey how come my 299 postpaid plan got shifted to 399, a 33% hike, hardly I can use any data, I was only paying 350 per month for my old number and now I have to shell out 500 for your so poor network where data & network is so inconsistent even in a metro city.

@ViCustomerCare this is as regards to redress of complaints my Vodafone number8889157777, since 07Dec 21 2pm onwards it is lost as there is no-connectivity. My complaint S have fallen to deaf ears. Request restore connectivity please.

@ViCustomerCare Now you have to provide SMS facility for all plans as per TRAI directive which should have been done earlier to gain Customer support Now I request you to provide SMS facility for verification of UPI payment Apps also which are used by majority to recharge VI
