    @ViCustomerCare I am a Idea Connection using from 2007 but now from last 1 year once Idea becomes Vodafone Idea the service becomes very poor quality Network Service, tried complaining many times but no benefit. No network service in my area.

    @ViCustomerCare 4 days ago I got a call from your support team that in my area your technical engineer will come to solve the issue for network related, but still they didn't came, why your technical team is so slow...
