@ViCustomerCare I just there service. I mean just a conversion and I m in a loop of calls to the customer care and there vi store executive. Very poor management and service. Unsatisfactory customer care response and the issue still persists. #poorcustomerservice #disgusting_vi

Dear @ViCustomerCare Your network is pathetic to say the least. One has to literally try all the places around one's home to see where one can find a tiny bit of coverage. Customers never anticipated such pathetic service when you two merged. #pathetic
