    @ViCustomerCare Where is the VI Customer care? My Sim card is deactivated, after submitting all documents still my sim card is not activated. I am using VI SIM card more than 8 years. Before any one loose their sim card indirectly move to other network else ready for trouble.

    @ViCustomerCare Can you look up my poor networks issue. In 4Gmode in my locality is very pore, automatically it transfer my 4G mode to 3G , in 3G mode it run smoothly but 4G mode is very unstable . My address At-Itua po-Nuagonicghapur Via-Motto,Bhadrak , Odisha pin756132

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI it's been more than 1 year about my complain...worst part about this company is they don't give you complaint request number...they just need the payment of postpaid irrespective of their services...in 1 yr hardly 2% data used n 2-3% call
