@ViCustomerCare In Surat Gujarat , a Mumbai Vi sim after latching on to VoWifi & coming out of VoWifi goes to 4G without VOLTE . voice goes to 2G . Pls rectify this network issue as it's annoying to go to airplane mode to come back to VOLTE

@ViCustomerCare Called up customer service and the person on the other end said you have to get the new sim recharged from the same outlet from where you received the SIM card. How inconvenient is this process???? Why should I have to go all the way to the sameoutlet to recharge?

@ViCustomerCare Your app and services are nightmare, if someone wants to delink family plan, do they really need to go to store for it?? Learn from @airtelindia and @JioCare and their apps. I would now visit store to shut down my postpaid connection for sure. Thanks for inviting!

I raised a port-out request 2 days ago. Vi told me to delink my secondary number first. I did. Since then, it’s clear your team is deliberately stalling by making silent calls, so you can close the request saying “customer didn’t respond.” Shameful tactics 3/4 @ViCustomerCare

Female staff casually abusing each other on customer calls (“saali yeh kar kaam” etc.). They mute calls after a few seconds. It’s shocking how your team behaves. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism. @TRAI please take action this is harassment. 2/4 @ViCustomerCare
