    @ViCustomerCare Just when I was getting everything ready to movd on, my issue got resolved. This wasn't about my having a problem. But the effort and expertise your staff had to guide me with it. It was they who let me down. Anyway am happy that I didn't have to go.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service! Your agents are asking outstanding amount on a no. which was closed 3 yrs ago and on that u hv refunded me the deposit amount after closing the account. I’ve explained them over phone and emails but no resolve HELP!!!

    @ViCustomerCare All the folks in my family use Vi Network. And have been facing the wrath of obscene bill cycles, bill amounts, and apathetic customer service. I am being billed twice for the numbers which your executive has been failing to add to my plan. PORTING OUT!
