    @ViCustomerCare Went to VI Customer care @ South City Kolkata. The guy there refuses to entertain the photocopy of AADHAAR. As per Aadhaar Act, is this even legal ?

    @ViCustomerCare Finally, please stop giving excuses that VI cannot guarantee network connectivity during traveling. Its a train traveling at 60kmph and not a plane traveling at 900kmph

    @ViCustomerCare was unable to generate my port code then contact the customer service they informed to re-verify my documents. For which I won't be able to Port for next 3 months and also my existing plan will also expire due to re-verification.
