    Never ever do mistake to buy idea postpaid or any other idea services. Once you are have purchased it u are trapped, they won't allow to to change your cooperate plan to normal and will charge u like anything @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Responded to them at 4:14 now 5:00 still there is 0 respose from the team its almost 1 hour they have not called even after sharing mine mob no. Such a bad experience with @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN
