    @ViCustomerCare I visited Karur Vi Store on Jul 18 at 6 PM for SIM activation, again on Jul 19 at 7 PM as instructed. Customer care informed SIM wrongly issued to me. visited the store over 5 times. I was pressured to switch to postpaid, against my interest. CID: RTN/V01852392223

    Facing very slow network speed @ViCustomerCare I have called customer care then he tell me no issues from them. My question is not clear 😐 but they transferred my call to IBR without asked me that sir all your question is clear. This is service of VI 👏 👏 Please 🙏 repost

    @ViCustomerCare there is an offer on the Vi app for using @twidpay rewards, but when I am trying to pay the bill, the 'rewards' thing doesn't show up as a payment method ? What kind of BS is this ? the vi support folks are clueless about Rewards 😭😭

    Since I am using @ViCustomerCare service 6-7 yrs, with recharge of ₹800/-,Now U r saying service validity issue. Now I want only talktime (₹10+50 recharge) then why I am pay ₹199. U r nt mentioned on site that ₹199 ka recharge must for top up. Pls refund ₹60 @DoT_India
