    @ViCustomerCare trying to get my number active from ur store got a new sim but being more than 48 hrs the number is yet not active and store is saying back end has not confirmed .can u update what’s the back end team doing .no customer care to help no staff to help

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI VI service will be never be improved. After 3 years, VI is saying I had an unpaid due of Rs 160, 3.5 yrs ago. Where you are 3 years ago? Earlier VI has confirmed me as there is no due pending. Now after 3.5 yrs, VI started harassing its old customer

    Looks like @VodafoneIN is about to close shop. They have adopted the motto 'Happy Not to Help'. Their customer service says something on call, response on email is different and their stores are clueless all the more. Difficult to continue with such a lousy operator...
