    @VodafoneIN Your customer Care executives are manner less. They didn’t resolve the issues of customer apart from it they are suggesting us to change our number. Awaiting for quick reply and strict action against customer care executive

    @VodafoneIN Hello In my issue their could be a problem in my sim. I went to nearest Vodafone store but they said that they can’t change it. My humble request is kindly change/ upgrade my postpaid sim from nearest store or from my home.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue has been resolved by the customer support team, thank you vi customer care. I got the refund of the extra amount. It was resolved by Ravi Kumar, he was seriously very supportive and polite.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Finally porting out from Vi. Was a Loyal customer since 2011-12. I placed Port requests three times but due to personal issues process wasn’t complete. They offered me data but there was no single call from Vi asking why are you even porting.
