    @VodafoneIN Hello In my issue their could be a problem in my sim. I went to nearest Vodafone store but they said that they can’t change it. My humble request is kindly change/ upgrade my postpaid sim from nearest store or from my home.

    @VodafoneIN Ma’am it’s happening with all the Vodafone numbers only. I checked on which all numbers it is happening and turned out on calling any Vodafone number i have to listen ur 399 ad first and them call connects. Will you please take this complaint forward 🙏🏻

    @9085242993S @ViCustomerCare so called Vi CC 5 times and issue of a simple recharge not resolved. Everytime my phone was cut after saying we're transferring call. On the 5th attempt the customer care agent laughed and told me 'agar aapka call connect nahi hua toh aap kya karloge'

    @ViCustomerCare This is to inform you that I’ve ported simcard from Airtel to VI Internet not working from past 10 days. We trusted VI so I shifted to VI and also called for nearly 100 times but no expected response from VI customer care. Company cheated on me.

    @ViCustomerCare Getting Worst day by day, Took New numbers for our firm, The number took nearly 15 days to start, even after submitting all required documents, After starting the service, issue with network, We reported VI person Mr. Deepak. His response, Sir card wapas kardo.
