@ViCustomerCare my mother who is a sr. citizen was recently forced 2 migrate frm prepaid to postpaid connection by ur Vi Store team. Her connection now is suspended due 2 some verification issues inspite of submitting Aadhar. Sr citizen struggling with no access to calls.
