I am always complaint on my outgoing SMS service but you don't take any further action I am port my sim to another service it is very bad service 😡. @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare # vodaphone idea very wrost service 😡

Worst consumer experience my sim is not working from couple of months and still they have imposed a bill of 3 months and blocked my sim. Now I cant even replace my SIM.@AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneIN y are u working with a sunken ship.

@VodafoneIN Hi After facing pathetic network in Mumbai, Kharghar & Taloja Phase-1, the pathetic network follows us till Indore. Internet connection is not stable and at 4G speed. No response from Customer care number. Please give back my monthly bill paid to you.

@ViCustomerCare you guys a robing customers. I made a recharge of Rs 79 but still unable to send a sms, CSR told me I have to make a single SMS for that I need recharge with Min. Rs 150+ again. @TRAI Why customer have to pay this much. @jagograhakjago please look into this.

@VodafoneIN Vi is worst. There was Rs20 coupon on recharge on Vi app. Page expired at payment gateway & recharge was not successful. I tried to reinitiate & now coupon is lost. I asked cust. care & he replied that coupon changes every minute so der is no coupon now. #PortoutofVi
