    @VodafoneIN Hi After facing pathetic network in Mumbai, Kharghar & Taloja Phase-1, the pathetic network follows us till Indore. Internet connection is not stable and at 4G speed. No response from Customer care number. Please give back my monthly bill paid to you.

Team is just giving me further timings of 30 mins, 2 hours etc they're not filling my complaint as well @ViCustomerCare everytime I call to customer care your system is under upgrade. Please help me to get out of VI peacefully. Humble request.

    Worst consumer experience my sim is not working from couple of months and still they have imposed a bill of 3 months and blocked my sim. Now I cant even replace my SIM.@AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneIN y are u working with a sunken ship.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys a robing customers. I made a recharge of Rs 79 but still unable to send a sms, CSR told me I have to make a single SMS for that I need recharge with Min. Rs 150+ again. @TRAI Why customer have to pay this much. @jagograhakjago please look into this.

    . Now I want to send one SMS to my friend. To do this I've to recharge minimum of 121₹. Really Vodafoneidea!! Is this how you treat your customers? Why you not increase my outgoing SMS , it's very wrost service I am always complaint you😡😡 @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    Trying to port out from @ViCustomerCare since there is no proper signal. I've an active base plan (it was done today, only for sending porting request) and balance amount. But to send sms, they require a plan which is recharged above Rs.128!! #MNP #Vi
