    Worst consumer experience my sim is not working from couple of months and still they have imposed a bill of 3 months and blocked my sim. Now I cant even replace my SIM.@AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneIN y are u working with a sunken ship.

    . Now I want to send one SMS to my friend. To do this I've to recharge minimum of 121₹. Really Vodafoneidea!! Is this how you treat your customers? Why you not increase my outgoing SMS , it's very wrost service I am always complaint you😡😡 @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneIN Hi After facing pathetic network in Mumbai, Kharghar & Taloja Phase-1, the pathetic network follows us till Indore. Internet connection is not stable and at 4G speed. No response from Customer care number. Please give back my monthly bill paid to you.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys a robing customers. I made a recharge of Rs 79 but still unable to send a sms, CSR told me I have to make a single SMS for that I need recharge with Min. Rs 150+ again. @TRAI Why customer have to pay this much. @jagograhakjago please look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare There is no point. You guys are not willing to help. Every day a new staff ask the same set of questions but no one really tries to help. I have learned my lesson.     Hello @ViCustomerCare, with this shoddy network you guys shouldn’t be charging more than #airtel & #Jio for unlimited packs. Unreasonably pricing by @ViCustomerCare, @ViBusinessIndia. Worst thing is you guys doesn’t even let customers port out from your network peacefully.

    @ViCustomerCare You can't. Idea merger has killed the qualities Vodafone has. 2nd largest operators killed itself . It is been 3 years and situation is still same. No improvement in network or speed is still 20kbps. @JioCare port all my Vodafone number to jio even the Redx connection as well.
