I made a recharge of Rs 79 but still unable to send a sms, CSR told me I have to make a single SMS for that I need recharge with Min. Rs 150+ again. @TRAI Why customer have to pay this much. @jagograhakjago please look into this.

Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.
